Pésima atención y servicio, no apto para familias

Nada. No hubo ningún aspecto rescatable. Desde el inicio hasta el final, la experiencia fue negativa debido a la mala atención, el trato inadecuado del personal y servicios que no cumplen con lo ofrecido. No hubo ningún elemento que justifique la estadía ni que genere una experiencia mínimamente satisfactoria.

Cons:

La experiencia fue completamente negativa. La atención del personal fue pésima tanto con turistas extranjeros como nacionales, sin ninguna excepción ni criterio, ni siquiera tratándose de un niño de 2 años incluido en la reserva. Se negaron a darle desayuno argumentando que era “opcional”, lo cual es ridículo e inaceptable, especialmente para una familia. No es un hotel adecuado para familias, ni nacionales ni extranjeras.

La recepcionista tuvo una actitud burlona y altanera cuando se le explicó la situación, demostrando cero profesionalismo.

Se negaron a servir los cafés correspondientes al desayuno incluido (si hay dos desayunos, deben ser dos cafés).
* La comida es de muy mala calidad.
* El internet es lento y prácticamente sin señal.
* Las instalaciones no corresponden a las fotos: los espacios son pequeños y engañosos.
* La capacidad anunciada no es coherente.
* El televisor no es Smart TV y la señal es mala

En general, el servicio es deficiente y la atención al cliente es inaceptable.
