Pros:

The hotel is located two blocks away from the main square and a lot of shops. The staff in the restaurant was super polite. The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean, organize and a lobby within each floor. Air-conditioned work really well, the room was noise proof. So you can sleep and jave a great rest.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because they advertise a fitness center. Unfortunately, the gym lacked weights, towels, water. The floor mats were dirty, and the equipment (treadmill, elliptical) did not work.
I notified the issues to the front desk; however, I never had a response, much less a solution. I stayed for almost a week.
