Pros:

I’ve stayed a few times as it is one nice hotel on the slope. Very clean and comfortable. Food is good, breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Could do with some more facilities like exercise classes and a spa. You can book a sauna, but it seems a bit awkward.

Bra hotell för en skiddag, men för en längre vistelse hade jag önskat mer varierad frukost och gym
Pros:

Bra läge i backen, ljust och trevligt rum om än något litet, rent och fräscht. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Cons:

Frukosten var standard, lite trist bröd och inget som kändes extra. Hade varit bra med gym!

The location, cleanliness and rooms were super, the staff was really friendly and welcoming, the quality and choice of breakfast and dinner was super. It was great that there’s a ping pong table and some other games in the basement to get some movement in with the kids. Extra plus for the hotel being walking distance from the train station even for younger kids.

Cons:

The two improvement suggestions I have is to have the family rooms equipped with a small fridge and water kettle. Also the play corner for younger kids was a bit run down and not in a cozy area, but more in a kind of basement hallway, so not very enjoyable to be at. I feel like a good quality play room with good wooden toys and a few gym mats would make a big difference. Personally I feel that furry toys in a communal kids play set up are not a hygienic choice.

Mycket positiv upplevelse med känsla av lyx och proffsighet. Det var ganska dyrt men de generösa bemötandet och generöst
Pros:

Rent, inredningen gav en lyxig känsla. Fin utsikt över skidbacken. Fin restaurang, all mat var fräsch och det var väldigt trevlig och professionellt bemötande från personalen både i restaurangen och i receptionen. Det fanns gratis kaffe och vatten att hämta. Bastu.

Pros:

Jag och min son övernattade här för tredje gången. Han är autistisk med stora särskilda behov. Han har fastnat vid Järvsö och bergshotellet som utflyktsmål. Vi har belyst våra behov innan vår ankomst och alltid blivit SÅ otroligt fint bemötta av personalen som hjälpt oss på bästa sätt! Stort tack för ännu en fin vistelse hos er!
