Avkopplande och mysig helg med barnbarnen.
Pros:

Närheten till tåget och Vildriket. Fint hotell.
Bra frukost och middag.
Trevlig person i receptionen.

Cons:

Saknade möjligheten att aktivera sig på hotellet, lekrummet lite torftigt när barnen är mellan 3-9 år.
Reflekterade över att personal inte gick och plockade tallrikar o dylikt vid frukosten.

Average but enjoyed the skiing
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, standard swedish breakfast buffet with ok Quality, setup well for skiing being right next to the slopes. Room met our needs, wasn't luxury but did the job.

Cons:

Staff were hit and miss, some seem to get visible annoyed at my children but others were friendly and accommodating. one incident at breakfast left a sour taste where my curious son asked what was in a container and the visibly annoyed women just snatched it out his hand and put it back without saying a word, I confronted her on this but she just walked away. Just a bit of kindness towards the curiosity was needed, I was standing right next to him and nothing was in danger. Stuff like this makes you not want to come back.

Comfortable
Pros:

I’ve stayed a few times as it is one nice hotel on the slope. Very clean and comfortable. Food is good, breakfast is ok.

Cons:

Could do with some more facilities like exercise classes and a spa. You can book a sauna, but it seems a bit awkward.

Bra hotell för en skiddag, men för en längre vistelse hade jag önskat mer varierad frukost och gym
Pros:

Bra läge i backen, ljust och trevligt rum om än något litet, rent och fräscht. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Cons:

Frukosten var standard, lite trist bröd och inget som kändes extra. Hade varit bra med gym!
