O hotel fica um pouco longe da área central da cidade, mas está localizado próximo a estação de trem que vai e vem de Moscou e, também, é próximo de uma estação de Metrô, então tudo certo! O quarto é muito confortável e grande.

Central location, close to metro and main attractions . Hotel provides excellent and very friendly service, hotel is definitely a 4* Beds comfortable and housekeeping very good.We did enjoy the breakfast every morning and friendly service. Few things went wrong couple of days elevator was out off order and they have to fixed a conditioner in the room. Other then that we are really enjoyed our long stay in this hotel. Can’t thank them enough to make our stay so great!

The room was very good and clean. Beds were convient. AC was very effective. Girls in the reception were smily and helpful. BUT staircase was terrible :( It did not feel safe or comfortable. The location of the hotel was good. Only 5 minutes from metrostation. The breakfast was meaningless, but there are so many cafes in the neghborhood, it was no problem for us. The room was cheap and good, so it is good value for money.

The hotel is located on a too floor of the building. Otyer floors still occupied by people living there. The elevator up to the 5th floor was not working for 2 days. Breakfast is very marginal, continental. Shower is very small and uncomfortable. Floor is shiny marble and i fell first day as was notvable to see the spill of water. Subway is 15 min walk which is far. Also, staying 14 days they changed linen only once.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean room.Very comfortable bed. All the staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast selection is limited but perfectly fresh and enough to fill you in.
Hotel is located on the fifth floor of the old building and needs a more reliable elevator.

Struttura molto vicina alla metropolitana e alla centrale stazione ferroviaria. Molto belle le camere e le parti comuni. Personale gentile e diaponibile.

Situación, limpieza , amplitud habitación y estado instalaciones

前兩天只有三十度的水，飯店竟說這就聖彼得堡的水溫，害我買了桶子燒熱水洗澡，過兩天後水熱得不得了...其他還不錯，電梯很小有點恐怖。房間比想像大，整體除熱水這點還可以，早餐太太特別好，給我們意見，有笑容。

サンクトペテルブルクの中心部から近く、バス停はホテルの前にあり、メトロと鉄道の駅も徒歩5分範囲と、大変便利なロケーションです。また、ホテルのスタッフさんが全員とても愛想がよく、感じのいい方々で気持ちよく滞在できました。客室の設備もよかったです。Wi-Fiは少し遅くなる時もありましたが、ロシアであれば平均点以上だと思います。ただし、建物はホテル専有ではなく、1階部分は別のお店がテナントのように入っており、ホテルの入口はドアひとつなので、わかりにくいです。ホテルは5階にあり、1階は怪しい雰囲気が漂っていますが大丈夫です。エレベーターで5階に上がると、きちんとしたフロントがあります。おすすめします。

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is good except for the entrance and the lift of the hotel.
Due to the breakdown of AC, we are upgraded to another 4 star hotel under the same hotel group.

Great reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. Big, plush, comfy new room. Shower, heated bathroom floor fabulous. Wish the rest of our stay in St Petersburg was here. Hotel is entire top (5th) floor of old apartment building. Seems 4th flr is also being fitted out. Old small lift just past equally old building janitor just inside front door takes you up to the hotel. Less than 5min walk from main HS train station to Moscow. Wifi 10/10. Breakfast simple and delicious choices.

O hotel encontra-se em um antigo edifício de uma das avenidas mais importantes da cidade. Pra quem chega pela primeira vez, demora um pouco para reconhecer a entrada do hotel, uma vez que ela é apenas uma porta da fachada do prédio. O hotel em si, que está no 5° andar do edifício, é muito bom e tudo que oferece lembra uma acomodação de luxo. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é o café da manhã, já que todos os dias é o mesmo cardápio. Retornaria a acomodação se estiver em São Petersburgo outra vez.

A very nice hotel in a very good location. It is located in the city center and just few steps away from everywhere. The building is very old and so is the elevator. But once you get to the 5th floor, the rooms are all renovated and modern with very good amenities. The staff are very helpful and really kind. I loved the hotel and will consider it in my short list for next visits to Saint Petersburg.
