Pros:

A great hotel. Our room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly and can’t do enough to help you. Great set up and ideal for a holiday.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel setting is truly beautiful and restful, and cleverly secluded. We had two adjacent rooms with a private pool. The breakfast was lavish and a pleasure each morning. There are a lot of families bc there is an entire kids nursery with a kids pool. Even tho there were still a lot of kids in the adult pool. What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool

Domes Zeen was a stunning property. We loved our large room and private patio. We could enjoy the lovely pool, or meander down to the ocean. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accessible. Excellent food and refreshing spritz cocktails. I can't wait to go back someday!

This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!
