Pros:

Ok stay, got an odd room with windows opening to their outdoot cafe and was awakened by cleaning crew moving furniture around. Some issues with dirty foot prints on the floor and not the newest of sheets. Not terrible through. However, the staff wanted to charge for an early check-in (by only a couple of hours), not the best way to gain a customer.

Formidable!!! Petit hotel charmant. parfait pour un séjour en couple. Je me suis cru à la plage!!
Une chambre jolie, confortable, propre. Un staff sympa et à l'écoute. Une très bonne nourriture. Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de Moscou.

Pros:

What a pleasant little hotel within 10 mins of two metro stations and for the more adventurous a 20 min walk to Red Square , a friendly welcome at reception, and any questions were answered helpfully, a good selection of food for breakfast

Old building transformed into Hotel.
Pros:

The staff of the Hotel extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed in Room number 5 duaring World Cup. The price I paid was extremly high and it was one of the negative part of the stay. Another important and necessary update the room needs air conditioning.
After all I am satisfied. Thanks.

Hotel is small and cozy, service need to improve
Pros:

Small hotel, good location
Rooms should be slightly cleaner, staff should check if lights works (in our room half of them did not work) and simple things should be taken for granted: example: you leave more than a roll of toilette paper in the room and possibly also some paper towels, agree?
A little improvement in English understanding would help as well
