للأسف تجربتي في هذا الفندق لم تكن جيدة كما توقعت. الغرفة المخصصة للأم والأب لم تحتوي على سرير مزدوج مريح، بل كانت عبارة عن سريرين مفردين ملتصقين ببعض، وهذا كان غير مريح أبداً للنوم.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان مذكور في موقع Booking أن مرفق الشواء مجاني، ولكن في الواقع تم فرض رسوم 20 يورو لكل ساعة، وهذا أمر غير عادل إطلاقاً وكان يجب توضيحه بشكل صريح على الموقع قبل الحجز.

بشكل عام، هناك عدم تطابق بين ما هو مذكور على الموقع وما هو موجود في الواقع، وهذا أثر سلباً على تجربتي.
