Fantastic place to stay with great amenities, a beautiful view, and genuinely warm hosts.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was also very well equipped, providing everything needed.
One of the highlights was the view from the window. Looking out over the beautiful red roofs of Český Krumlov.
Parking was never an issue, as there were plenty of spaces available.
The owner and her daughter were incredibly kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed.

Cons:

One thing future guests should note is that there are stone steps leading up to the villa. It was perfectly fine for us, but it could be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues.

A spacious and conveniently located stay, especially if you have a car
Pros:

The location and staff friendliness are exceptional. Especially if you have a car. It’s quite spacious, has a nice shared garden, private parking, and is literally 5 minutes’ walk from the entrance to Kunta Hora old town.

Cons:

A couple items require repair or renewal, most importantly the window shutter in one of the bedrooms that doesn’t close.

Magnifique
Pros:

L'accueil vraiment chaleureux et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Le gîte était magnifique. La vue sur la village absolument magique, la propreté et la qualité des lieux comme des équipements.
La voiture a même eu droit à un garage et s'est reposée deux jours.
Nous avons fait nos courses à la Coop toute proche et avons pu profiter du village à pied depuis le gîte.

It was clean, light and bright and comfortable. Has a nice view of the town and just a few minutes walk from town. The owners were super helpful. We came by train and didn't realize the difficulty getting from the train to the town, so they organized a taxi for us. (If you come here by public transport, use the bus. The bus terminal is a short walk from this property).
