Pros:

This is studio type apartment in apartment complex about 40 minutes drive from downtown Saint Petersburg. The apartment is well furnished, very clean, everything is in place.

The WiFi is terrible, one can’t really use it. Also, you will need to provide a security deposit by cash, and you won’t be given any receipt. It will be given back though after check out.

Overall experience was really great, nice and quick communication with management, clean and sweet apartment complex.
