Pros:

El establecimiento esta orientado a familias con niños, no lo recomendaria para parejas que buscan relax. El spa esta junto al playroom donde los gritos de los chicos jugando no permiten ninguna relajación. La atención de Julieta en la recepcion y Martin en la playa son lo mas destacable, siempre dispuestos a que la estadia sea lo mas placentera.

La ubicación es magnífica, la tranquilidad, el desayuno y la amabilidad del personal son para destacar. Lo pasamos muy bien, volvería sin duda.
No me gustó que no funcionaba el wifi, a las piscinas les faltaba limpieza y me quisieron cobrar un recargo por pagar con tarjeta de crédito.

En realidad se nota que aún estan fuera de temporada y no está organizado aún para recibir pasajeros, poco personal, instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento.

Disappointed plus had to pay 21% tax in error
Pros:

Mar de la Pampas is a laid back hippy quaint beach town but this hotel is not. It is run down in many areas and the bed is very uncomfortable. Breakfast Buffett had excellent coffee but most items were stale. It is not a 4 star hotel. In addition they charged me the 21% tax even though I am a foreigner and should be exempt from that, so my bill was 21% bill from the amount due on hotels.com. All other hotels in Buenos Aires exempted me from this tax except Carreyes. Don't stay here.
