La Petite Planete

Great for visiting Mycenae, this hotel is really cheap. It's clean and comfortable and the home cooked food is amazingly good.

This was a wonderful surprise for my wife and I.
We arrived a bit early and were welcomed so greatly. This is a small restaurant hotel perfectly situated in the middle of the Mycenae région. We could literally walk to the Mycenae site and the surroundings were simply charming.
The food at breakfast and dinner was simply sublime and the staff very pleasant and helpful.
The owners were there all day, making sure all was well for the patrons.
Do not hesitate... This is a place you will remember !

This was one of our favourite places during our trip around the Peloponnese. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need.

The breakfasts are absolutely amazing. We highly recommend starting for dinner too.

Beautiful rural location - couldn't be more convenient for Mycenae. Friendly, clean hotel. We didn't try the pool. Amazing views. One of the best breakfasts ever (fresh local produce and homemade jams - try the green fig if it's in season) and incredibly helpful manager. Loved it.

This was a great place to stop before heading to the ancient site of Mycenae the next day. Definitely be sure to book a dinner with them- it was incredibly good and the hosts were very caring and gracious. Will definitely be going back!

Unique, beautiful Inn. We were welcomed warmly by staff and treated like royalty the whole time. Only one km. up the hill to the archeological site. VERY reasonable. Excellent breakfast, worth the small surcharge. Free, easy parking. Cute, sleepy town. The tomb of Atreeus was a highlight of our two-week Greek trip. Old world hospitality at La Petite Planete. The young man at reception recommended we go over to the Mycenes site in the evening, since it closes at 8 PM during high season. We went at 6 PM and it was magical! We had the whole site basically to ourselves, it was cool and breezy and just lovely. We want to say "thank you" to the amazing staff at La Petite Planete, expecially the tri-lingual young lady who brought us pancakes at breakfast. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she is a gem!!

A friendly independent family-run Greek hotel. The staff really do their utmost to assist the visitor. Very handy for nearby archeological sites. Great home cooking with locally sourced ingredients. Very comfortable rooms with beautiful views. Very reasonably priced

warm welcome, a lot of useful information. Rooms with enough space for 4 people. Clean and comfortable with a lot of empathy. Prices, rules and rights are well explained with professional care and clarity. The Micene place is nearby so that you can be the first to go!

My wife and I stayed here for five nights. It was the last and best hotel we visited during a tour of the Peloponnese. It is an interesting and attractive building with a wonderful view across the Argos plain to the mountains beyond. The room was very comfortable and everything was cleaned well daily. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The family members who run the hotel are exceptionally hospitable. The food was the best we tasted throughout our trip. Unfortunately my wife had fallen ill at the previous hotel and had been instructed to eat a very restricted diet. So for the first four days at Mykenes our wonderful hosts cooked her a special meal in the evening. She recovered as a result and was fit to fly home. We were both sad to leave and hope we will return as soon as possible.

Wonderful hotel with a special atmosphere in a beautiful setting. It is quaint and luxurious at the same time, eco-conscious, warm and inviting with creative decor. The hosts are lovely and welcoming and offered helpful information about sites in the area. The food was superb. We only wish our driving tour timetable permitted us to stay longer!

Marvelous hosts in a location convenient to Mycenae historical sites. Delicious breakfast buffet with local food and beautiful views. The innkeepers could not be any nicer! Very helpful in making local dinner reservations and very accommodating of our e-bikes.

This place is amazing. It’s an older estate built and run to this day by a family. It’s spacious with rooms and decks to relax in. The deck, where meals are served, has an amazing view. Optional dinner which is delicious. The rooms are fine with a small balcony and all the std features. What makes the property however is its manager who will attend to your needs and wants, and become a family friend. Many repeat visitors.

Wonderful service and hospitality from Vasiliki and Gregori. Excellent location, great views,very close to the archaeological site. Super pet friendly and absolutely wonderful food. I would visit again for the pork with prunes alone.

Une hôtesse qui parle couramment français et anglais. L’hôtel propose un dîner composé de plats locaux et authentiques délicieux. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, tout est fait maison avec de nombreuses confitures, des gâteaux, plusieurs pain, des fruits et des œufs dans toutes les confessions possibles sur le fait sur le moment.
C’est un hôtel idéal pour visiter les ruines archéologique de Mycines. L’hôtel est le dernier sur la route a environ 1 km des sites archéologiques.

Geweldige tijd gehad. Prachtige en heerlijk rustige omgeving. Fantastisch zwembad om in aftekoelen. De eigenaars zijn hele lieve mensen altijd vrolijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende. Je zit om de hoek van de opgravingen.
