Hotel Libertas

The hotel is amazing and highly recommended! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room is beautiful and spacious with a marvellous view on Kotor bay. The beach is almost private given that the hotel is boutique and there are not many guests, and the view is breathtaking 😍 We also booked a sea trip, it was really nice and the captain was very friendly as well.

I loved the room and the scenery from our bedroom. The girls working in the hotel were lovely and couldn’t have done more for us.

Die Libertas Mitarbeitenden waren super hilfsbereit, freundlich und herzlich. das Zimmer sauber und ultraschnell gemacht am Morgen (noch während dem wir beim Morgenessen sassen), was sehr angenehm war.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff welcomed us so warmly, and even let us check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The room was very cozy, with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was so peaceful and quiet! It's the perfect place to relax away from the crowds and busy streets of Kotor, yet it's only a short taxi ride to the Old Town whenever you want to explore. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, le calme de l'endroit, la piscine, la proximité avec Kotor, le petit déjeuner avec de bons cakes et le personnel très attentionné, la plage privée, la literie très confortable. Nous recommandons.

We booked a room with a sea view and got it, the view is through two windows since the balcony is facing a fence with the neighboring building.
The room was big and clean and the bed and cushions were very comfortable.
This is a boutique hotel (10 rooms) so there were not so many guests, and we literally had the pool to ourselves which was very nice.
Maja at reception was great !! very helpful, informative and an easy talker - we loved her.

Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied with our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

The property is stunning; it’s a beautifully and lovingly restored historic stone house evoking romantic Mediterranean elegance amidst the beautiful backdrop of Venetian influenced Prčanj - a place along the bay where you avoid throngs of tourists and get a more authentic vibe with locals! The hotel rooms are immaculate and ooze warmth and charm, very grand yet so cozy. The ornately decorated stone-walled windows frame the best view of the bay of Kotor, especially at night as old town twinkles from afar. The private pier (equipped w/ loungers, umbrellas, tables, etc) echos this mesmerizing view and is a top highlight; it’s the perfect spot to sunbathe, take a dip, peacefully destress with a well-crafted drink from the bar, or even catch a private boat tour from a top guide! The complimentary breakfast also deserves a mention as it was always full of a variety of unique, tasty nibbles! However, the BEST part this hotel experience, is the hospitality of the highly attentive and friendly staff that will help you make the most of your stay in the bay; Natasha, Maja, and Marko were absolute gems!

The best place for a quiet and relaxing vacation in Montenegro. The staff is amazing, incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast is very rich and has anything you can think of. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is great as well. When you get to the hotel ask for a private boat tour at the reception. The skipper knows every hidden gem around the bay and is very well educated about the history of the place.

Actually I liked the staff, all of them try to help and are very nice. The view of the see over the road.

The property is a beautiful old stone building which had been refurbished with every modern amenity. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. You walk directly across a narrow street to jump into & swim in the beautiful clean water and then out again to sip cocktails or whatever you choose and relax. We have to mention the service Marco provided. Nothing was too difficult and he also gave us information about travelling around Montenegro and what it was like to live as a local in the magnificent Kotor area. We could not recommend Hotel Libertas more and if I ever find myself in this part of the world again, I’ll be booking this accommodation.
