Location was great, bed was comfortable and stylish rooms. The signature club was great and the lady who was serving had the best memory!
Room was very noisy for the price we paid.
Went to rooftop bar to have a cocktail and it was chaotic so was unable to have a drink there. Went Downstairs to have a cocktail and it was lacking also.

Enjoyed the gym and pool inclusions, styling of hotel was really cool - room was spacious and large comfortable bed.
No door to the toilet and bathroom meant lack of privacy

Rooftop bar although they had a function on the Saturday night so you couldn't drink there. Main Bar at reception lacks atmosphere.
You couldn't have breakfast or a coffee in the morning. Had to go out for it.

The room was spacious and clean
Room 1202 is directly below the service lift so it was continuously noisy like trying to sleep next to railway line,I brought this to the mangers attention in hope that I would receive some sort of compensation but was quickly swept under the carpet.☹️☹️☹️ for a room costing 400 dollars per night this has to be the worst experience I have endured.

Just could not get over the fact the onsite bathroom had no door. You basically poo in your bedroom. That’s not 5 star.
