Awesome staff. Beautiful room. Very comfortable beds and linens. Very well stocked room amenities to 5 star level. Buffett breakfast a little low quality for a 5 star hotel. Cheap ‘melon mania’ similar to a Mercure or Novotel made up half the fresh fruit offering. No smoked salmon, no fresh berries. The staff at breakfast are superb. Room service is very efficient but portions can be small! That said, the burger choice is amazing- highly recommended - other bad thing room service dinner menu ends at 9PM, that’s not 5 star.
Windows aren’t double glazed - the mind boggles the hotel owners bypassed this when designing a high end hotel in the CBD of a major city?? so sirens are loud even on a high floor. Also, neighbouring room TV heard through the wall late night, not allowing good sleep until it was turned off eventually. The hotel foyer is beautiful as is the cafe on site. It’s very well located close to the harbour and shopping areas all doable by foot. I would definitely stay here again because I enjoy the vibe and the amazing staff and so will you. If you want or need a fully plush 5 star hotel go Sofitel or Park Hyatt.

Le petit dejeuner
Trop de bruit, spécialement provenant du rooftop jusqu'à 1h du matin, nous empêchant de dormir.
On est allé voir le manager le lendemain matin, qui a entendu notre problème mais a sous entendu que le bruit provenait de la rue ou d'autres bar situés dans les environ.
Nous avons déjà dormi dans 2 hôtels similaires et proches de celui ci mais c'est la premiere fois qu'on subit autant de bruit la nuit...
La chambre est tres mal isolée, pourtant nous étions au 7ieme étage, le rooftop est au 15ieme.
On déplore le manque de compréhension et de justifications qui ne nous semblent pas sincères,
Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé, bien que nous ne souhaitions pas spécialement un dédommagement mais un check out tardif nous aurait permis de nous reposer le matin de cette nuit peu calme...

Room was not the one advertised when making the booking. Significantly smaller and not what was advertised. Would have gone ti a different hotel had i known.
Location is great.
The cocktails were $25 each which is ok however the size of the glassware they came in was ridiculously small.

Just the cheese platter that I paid extra for, it was 3 types of cheese, two being slabs with no knives sbd also... Blue? Pew! Fruit jelly and about 8 crackes... Again, no knife.
La bañera, la cama y el tamaño de la habitación. La pileta, el hidromasaje y el sauna. El restaurante donde sirven el desayuno y las vistas del puerto desde allí. El desayuno es excelente.
Poca aislación entre los sanitarios y el comedor, se escucha todo. Falta de atención a los detalles: el shampoo y el jabón de ducha estaban vacíos, el servicio a la habitación inexistente, el bar cierra antes de lo que anuncia y las vistas desde la habitación no son buenas, ves directamente los edificios de enfrente. Se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor por el precio que cuesta la noche acá.
The staff were very kind and straight forward when answering questions, made it easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was also very good, especially having different options for cooked eggs which i havent seen from a hotel before and just having a large range of food to pick from.
Overall my stay, even for one night, was great, would stay again.

The bath was dirty (had hair/ pubes in it ) and floor could be cleaner.
