Bueno y tranquilo.
Cons:

La variedad en comidas y opciones de snacks al igual que las bebidas en mis visitas anteriores estuvo mejor, siento que en general la cadena a bajado un poco el standar es estos criterios.

Best spa in the area
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, food is good. But the spa is another experience Berny is a great massage therapist. The options for the spa are great.

A good value option if you want to cover the region’s attractions and you are bringing your family.
Pros:

Well located and close to all the parks in the region. All inclusive resort. Good for families and big parties. Good food, specially breakfast and the buffet dinner option. Free selected drinks. People were extremely nice, always asking about how we were and how they could make our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The gym was not in good shape, the machines were old and not all working properly. It did not look clean and the room where the machines and weights are is also used to store things. The resort should give guests the option to select certain drinks like the wine at the menu restaurant. The wine selection was poor quality.

Cons:

El buffet se acababa muy rápido y no lo recargaban, lo que hacia muy limitada la comida, los snacks muy regulares y sin variedad.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing.

The location and part of the staff.

Cons:

This hotel doesn't know how to handle a pick season. The food always run out rapidly. The way you have to book a reservation at a restaurant is very outdated and inconvenient. Very noisy. At night many events going on are very loud so you're not able to sleep until those events finish late in the night.

Very frustrating, not worth the money we paid for it. I won't recomend it.
