Pros:

Proche de la station Taganskaya sur le ring et à 2 stations de la Place Rouge.
Pas de choix dans le petit déjeuner qui commence tard (7h30)
TV erratique: TC ne marche pas, chaînes supprimées subitement, format mal réglé.
Chambre (n°1) très sombre
Problème eau chaude; fourniture de la ville à priori !
Bonbonne d'eau pas changée à temps.
Pas de rouleau de PQ "de secours"

Pros:

Mycket varierande service. Någon receptionist var kommunikativ men de flesta var direkt otrevliga eller inte svarade på tilltal. Tvn fungerade inte under minst 3 dagar vilket hanterades fasansfullt dåligt. Till slut tröttnade jag och krävde kompensation för dessa dagar, vilket också utlovades men ännu inte återbetalats.

Great hotel located close to the subway line. Restaurant is great and the hotel staff is very English friendly. Would stay again!
