Important information:

Please notice whenever a reservation is made for:
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the Aparthotel. All individual guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For more information, please contact the property.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

The location is also a big advantage, with very convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to get to Amsterdam.

Excellent location, very helpful staf
Pros:

Request for early-Check in was granted, but room was not ready. Key card did not Work… we were immedialy upgraden to a one bedroom appartement.

El hotel está genial,muy cómodo, bonito y tranquilo. Camas cómodas y decoración excelente. El personal atento.

Cons:

Está un poco alejado de Amsterdam, aunque está bien comunicado, el tram está justo al lado del hotel.

Pros:

Great location next to the tram stop, bus stop, shopping mall to buy food. There is also option to rent bicycle from hotel as cycling infrastructure in Netherlands is superb. Definitely will return for another stay.

Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Cityden sehr genossen: Tolles Frühstück, Fitnessraum, Sauna, bequeme Betten, kleine Küchenzeile, nettes Personal.
Die Frühstückzeiten sind lang: wir konnten ausschlafen.
Sauna konnte privat reserviert werden: Ohne Extrakosten.

Cons:

Nachts kann man leider nicht beim offenen Fenster schlafen: Menschen, die spät ins Hotel zurückkommen stehen oft nach Mitternacht und sind laut.
Es wäre echt hilfreich, wenn das Hotelpersonal auf die Nachtruhe hinweisen würde.

Super Wochenende in Amsterdam
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder kleiner Küche super Frühstück und das Essen Abends was super wir haben es aus Zimmer kommen lassen kleine Karte aber sehr schön präsentiert der Zug nach Amsterdam ist eine 5 Minuten Lauf der Straße hoch in 25 Minuten geht es direkt nach Amsterdam perfekt
