Important information:

Please notice whenever a reservation is made for:
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the Aparthotel. All individual guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For more information, please contact the property.

Convenient and Quiet Location
Pros:

It’s nearby the tram station, accessible via a 5 min walk. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which allows for good sleep. The beddings are comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

We were placed on the first floor, beside the lift, occasionally there were noises from the lift but it wasn’t really a big issue.

افضل من السكن في السنتر
Pros:

هي عبارة عن شقة فندقية. السرير ممتاز المخدات مقبوله .كان هناك دورتين مياه واحدة منهم كانت بمروش + بانيو للاسترخاء منفصله دورات المياه ممتازه جدا ونظيفه . المنطقة امنه جدا جدا جدا ومناسبة للعوائل . قريبة من مول وسوبر ماركت ومطاعم . محططتين ترام قريبة من الفندق ( اقل من 5 دقايق مشي ) . اووصي وبشده بالسكن فيه لمن يتنقل بالمواصلات العامه علما ان الوصول الى السنتر يحتاج تغيير محطة وركوب المترو ولكن سههههل جدا غساله ومجفف سهلة الاستخدام في الشقه

Ein modernes Hotel mit geschmackvollen farbigen Details. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Perfekt!

Cons:

This was my second stay at the hotel. The room is described as a studio apartment, but in practice it feels smaller than many regular hotel rooms. It does have a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove and more, but there is no table where you can sit down to eat, or even just have a cup of coffee.

It also took me some time to find the towels — they were in a cabinet in the corner of the room, behind a heavy armchair that had to be moved, with very little space to move it. On my previous stay, the room I received was slightly larger, but I still would not really define it as a studio apartment.

That said, the staff are lovely, and for me the location is excellent — although I assume that depends on where you need to be.

Great location, but let down by poor cleanliness and an uncomfortable sofa bed.
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

Cleanliness is a major issue here. I stayed for 5 nights, and the corridor was dirty from the day I arrived until check-out. When I requested room cleaning, they only changed the towels and replaced some bin bags, completely ignoring the bathroom trash bin.

Additionally, the sofa bed was incredibly noisy and uncomfortable; it squeaks with the slightest movement, making it impossible to sleep on. While I will definitely visit the Netherlands again, I will absolutely never stay at this property again.

Pros:

It’s very convenient location to go to ZIGGO dome! The bus stop is just a few steps and the hotel is very good! Shoutout to the receptionists - super gentle!
