Неплохо, но есть что исправить
Pros:

В целом неплохой отель. Вежливый персонал. Хорошее состояние самого отеля. Но было несколько мелких недочетов:
1. При заселении номер, в который мы заселялись, оказался сильно прокуренным, при том, что номер был для некурящих. По счастью, со мной совершенно случайно оказался озонатор воздуха, с помощью которого я быстро убрал неприятный запах табака. А если бы у меня его не было?
2. Кондиционер до нашего заселения был выключен, поэтому некоторое время пришлось ждать, пока он охладит номер. Во многих других отелях температура в номере оптимальна уже при заселении. Кроме того, кондиционер изначально стоял почему-то в режиме проветривания, а не охлаждения. Если бы не моя внимательность, процесс охлаждения комнаты мог еще затянуться.
3. В номере не оказалось комплектов для чистки зубов. Когда я спросил на ресепшн, где их можно купить, выяснилось, что их можно бесплатно получить на ресепшн. С одной стороны, радует то, что у отеля оказались бесплатные комплекты для чистки зубов, а с другой стороны узнал я об этом, опять же случайно.
4. Стандартный завтрак в отеле не включает в себя соки или иные холодные напитки. Летом это актуально.

Pros:

Хороший отель, отличный персонал, готовы помогать и помогают по всем вопросам. Из пожеланий- улучшить шумоизоляцию и для двуспальной кровати предоставлять два отдельных одеяла. Хороший завтрак, хороший массаж.

Ужасно.
Pros:

Просто отвратно. Ехал с семьей, остановились у них на ночь, всю ночь в соседних номерах орала Музыка и стонала какая-то девушка, всю ночь.
