Very Bad Experience!

The hygienic and sanitary conditions of this place are very bad. We entered the room and it was not the one indicated on Booking, the room had not been cleaned, we found the toilet dirty, the toilet paper roll already used, sticky floor, cockroaches running around the room, I think this place does not deserve to be on Booking or on other sites.

The arrogant staff, we asked to change rooms we were denied, we asked to clean the room they refused.

I don’t recommend it, be careful.

Cons:

The elevator to the pool was broken. In the room there were dangerous uncovered electrical cables. The cleaners left garbage bags everywhere in the hallway and left a really bad smell.

Loud. Unless you are looking to have a dance party inside your room DO NOT stay here
Pros:

In theory the pool and the balcony which is why I booked the hotel but the loud music from 9am-11pm impacted my ability to use the facilities

Cons:

The courtyard contains a party restaurant which plays loud music from 9am-11pm which can be heard from inside the rooms. You can also hear the music at the pool which also plays loud music. I had to use my noise canceling headphones and a sound machine to sleep.

They ask us to wait for ‘’ maintenance “ really? We have 6 hours in the city, arrive super tired and have to wait for maintenance???? Ridiculous…worse hotel I had in my life!!!
