It was reasonably priced for Miami especially for the accommodations we got. TV didn't work I had to call people didn't speak much English

Didn't like the fact that most people didn't speak English. Couldn't find how to work a lot of equipment no one could help you who could speak english. Oh

Pros:

Great location. Beautiful yard with fountain.Courtesy and friendly staff. Clean room. Restaurant on the site, breakfast in a room available. Warm swimming pool.

Cons:

Refrigerator was not so cold. No microwave in the room.

Bogus charges post checkout.

Cons:

Being charged bogus charges after you check out. When I called to ask why I was being charged, I was told late checkout. I said we didn't check out late, then I was told we stained the sheets. I asked for photo proof of any damages. She put me on hold for 17 minutes. Don't let fraudulent business practices ruin your vacation. Go elsewhere.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean.
Pros:

I have stayed here 4 times out of my last 6 trips. Love the location on 10th and Collins. One block to CVS for supplies and one block.to Ocean Drive with all that it has to offer. A short walk further is the beach! It is also a short walk to Espanola Way between 14th and 15th Street. It has a nice Spanish ambience.and if you like cigars, Espanola Cigar Barr and Lounge is a nice place to unwind. A few blocks farther between 16th and 17th street is Lincoln Road Mall. Both are pedestrian only streets with Lincoln Road Mall being close to a mile. There are also good restaurants with in a couple of blocks of the hotel right on Collins too, As well as Ocean Drive.. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which is also convenient.

The staff were all friendly, helpful, and the area was clean. I also really like that they weren't playing loud music like there was a concert in the resturant area as in years past.

.I had an issue and notified the front desk. The GM Alex called me directly to resolve the issue. He was very polite, professional, and i appreciated the phone call and the resolution.

Cons:

The area around the pool is a little tight for seating. Not a fan of the white lounge chairs because they dont recline. You cant lay down which was dissapointing. The chairs on the other side of the pool seem oversized for the space. I would prefer smaller chairs to allow for more seating because it fills up quickly. Most people don't realize there is an upper deck that can be utilized right off of the pool to relax as well but the sun disappears more quickly. This is a minor issue and would not prevent me from staying here.
