The staff was nice. Great location for food and the beach.

Cons:

The AC turned off by its self about every 3-4 hours and would start to rise in temperature again. Therefore throughout the day and night we had to keep getting up and turning it on. The TV only allowed you to watch their guide tv so no connections to your own streaming service. The TV also shuts off at like 12am-1am ish and you couldn’t even watch there guide tv.

Cons:

Location was a plus and minus - it was opposite Bacon Bitches and attracted very loud obnoxious guests who enjoyed that crazy loud place. South beach is party central and really don’t mind the loud music and party atmosphere but speaking g over one another to a cacophony of obnoxious behavior is in your face from reception to across the road it is off-putting. Also the pool was less than desirable - falsely advertised as the pond downstairs in the lobby giving one the impression this is the pool. Bit was on the roof. Which made the water beyond tepid, with no amenities such as a bar or pleasant views or surroundings. That part was disappointing. Not so sure I’d return

Clean, convenient location for overnight stay.
Pros:

We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night prior to our cruise the next day so we didn’t have much time to take advantage of the pool or other facilities such as the restaurant or bar.
Location was excellent, staff was friendly, room was clean but showed some wear.

Cons:

Our room was in need of some minor work mostly in the bathroom. Although spacious and equipped with grab bars, however there was only a single shelf above the toilet close to the ceiling which held the extra toilet paper, there was no other shelf to place any personal items such as hairbrush, toothpaste, contact lenses, deodorant, etc. which might prove to be extremely inconvenient if staying more than a single night.
The top of the sink was also pulling away from the wall slightly, enough so that the bar of hand soap would slide into the sink each time it was used. The shower control for water temperature also needed to be tightened as the weight of the knob couldn’t be adjusted past vertical causing the water to be either too hot or too cold.
Bedroom furniture (dresser and night stands showed a lot of wear with dents and scratches).

Страхотно място, персоналът е много мил и отзивчив. Локацията е възможно най-добрата, на една минута от главната част на Маями бийч, но понеже ги дели една улица е тихо и спокойно за сън. Басейнът на покрива е чудесен.

A decent value, with some caveats
Pros:

Good Location in a renovated Art Deco hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable beds with 4 comfy pillows, refrigerator/iron/coffee maker in room, room serviced every day, good restaurant on site that gave discount for guests (but added 20pct service charge to bill automatically like all MB restaurants now do)

Cons:

Really bad chemical cleaner stink in hallways and lobby, bathroom is quite small, room upgrade I paid for was over-marketed and wasn't worth the 25pct higher price, ironing board missing in room, noise of Miami Beach at night could be bothersome for families with young children
