Pros:

i didn’t like any thing about it. it was all bad. rude staff. no refund. no heat. no fixing our heat. terrible experience. i want my money back.

would not fix our heat. was rude saying it’s miami we don’t need heat. it was still february. it was still cold. we still needed heat. other hotel rooms had heat.

Great location but poor sleep and disappointing room.
Pros:

The location was very good. Staff at hotel and bar were really lovely.
Pool on the roof was a beautiful bonus. With a small bar with was ideal.

Cons:

The bed was horrendous. It’s dipped in the middle and was the most uncomfortable thing we have ever slept on.
The bathroom was a glass sliding door as the room was super small and offered no privacy for toilet activities.
Coffee machine didn’t work and the whole decor was very well used and all crammed into this extremely small room.
We were thankful we only spent two night here.

Location and swimming pool

Cons:

1. Music at Sola, hotel’s restaurant, was on till midnight (and was going to continue for at least one hour more as I learned from front desk), was very loud and it woke me up. I had to call the front desk and to ask them to do something with it. Only then they turned off / made it quiet. 2. Shampoo / conditioner / soap are of very bad quality. I would recommend to bring your own products if you want to stay there.
