Amazing prime location. Bring breakfast back
Pros:

This is the only place I stay. I always feel safe. It is always clean and welcoming. This location is close to everything which makes it so convenient.

Cons:

No more free breakfast. I was so disappointed. They no longer give the breakfast card to go to The Haven to eat on the rooftop. Not too happy about that because that was one of the best parts of the trip. You guys already took the bar away, but not breakfast.

Location is clean, convenient, and secure. No hot water, and lot of noise from construction on both side of the building
Pros:

The property is at a prime location. A short work to convenient stores, restaurants, and the night life. Very clean area, and I felt secure.

Cons:

There were no hot water for me to shower. I told the front desk. Someone came to check on it, and it still didn't work.

He de decir que este hotel permite activamente el turismo sexual y que creo que es algo que se debe mencionar en la descripción. Ya sé que es only adults pero yo no sabía porque hasta que vi que la única familia que estábamos allí éramos nosotros, lo demás eran todo americanos acompañados de señoritas que luego a las 3 de la mañana salen dando portazos y gritando. Sé que no pueden coartar los acompañantes pero quizás si poner un filtro de que no se permita añadir acompañantes a partir de cierta hora o controlar los ruidos…no repetiría por esta razón y si alguien va al hotel es mejor que lo sepa.
Además de que tenía la cama llena de hormigas voladoras.

Andres Gutierrez fue excelente desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. La localización es muy buena, aunque en las noches, dado que estamos durmiendo, a veces era difícil. El apartamento con 3 cuartos y baños individuales es muy recomendado

Cons:

Lamentablemente, mi mayor queja fueron los baños. Necesitan arreglos urgentes, tanto en mantenimiento como en limpieza. Había hongo y mucha humedad, y el piso se mojaba completamente hasta el inodoro cada vez que uno se bañaba, ya que no hay puerta, solo una alfombra, lo cual no es higiénico. Esta alfombra permanece constantemente mojada, lo que aumenta la probabilidad de acumulación de hongo.

En una ocasión, uno de los baños expulsó desechos por la tubería, ensuciando toda la bañera. La situación fue muy desagradable y el olor se propagó por todo el cuarto master, causándonos malestar.

Adicionalmente, recomiendo instalar espejos de cuerpo completo, ya que no hay y son necesarios para poder arreglarse y alistarse antes de salir.

Cons:

El personal que atiende la limpieza nunca fue en 5 días, cambiaron las toallas cundo lo solicitados, y se terminó el toilet paper, solo eso el resto Super Cool, solo para mejorar

Un excellent potentiel gâcher par l'isolation sonore inexistante !

L'emplacement, l'espace dans les chambres, employés sympathiques, jacuzzi...

Cons:

L'hôtel ne possède aucune isolation phonique, vous entendez tous des autres chambres, ainsi que de l'extérieur (heureusement, partie calme de Provenza), le sommeil est ruiné ce qui est un comble pour un hôtel ! Et même si il s'agit d'un quartier festif, un minimum d'atténuation du son est requis...ajoutez à cela les travaux environnants qui débute très tôt le matin, votre séjour risque d'être déplaisant, c'est dommage car l'endroit à un bon potentiel, avec des corrections adéquats l'endroit serait parfait.
