Machupicchu lodging

It's so so for one night stay. There are bugs inside the room. We all got bitten.

Aguas calientes en general tiene muy malo hospedaje, por tanto evaluaré de acuerdo a lo qué hay allá.
Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción y tuve que llamar y esperar como 15 min a que llegará una persona.
La pieza no cumplía con ciertos parámetros importantes, la pieza estaba con mucha humedad en sus paredes y el baño era buen deficiente. Por otra parte había buen wifi, buen cable y buenas camas

The location was central to everything. It was close to shopping and restaurants.

It was clean and good location. People lived on the second floor of the building.

Alright for a one night stay. Receptionist was friendly and the hot shower was great after a long day. A bit hard sleeping because noise traveled through the building.

Bem localizado, recepção excelente, café da manhã gostosinho e suficiente para o tipo de hospedagem.

Great location (close to markets, restaurants, and shops, a quick walk to the Machu Picchu train station and shuttle). The staff are kind and courteous (even made us a breakfast para llevar -- to go -- one morning when we had to leave early). My only complaint is that the hallway lights are bright at night and shine into the room.

Unique was that not only this property have electricity savings time till 5.00pm

If you’re looking for a basic bed for the night, this is your place. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water and decent pressure. The bathroom was tiny though. Barely enough room to use the toilet, and the faucet on the sink was stuck. We were there during the wet season and the insulation in this building isn’t great so we constantly felt wet while in our room.

O local é simples, mas bem localizado. Ao lado há mercados, restaurantes e é próximo da estação de trem e de ônibus. Nosso problema foi com o chuveiro, que não esquentava. Meus pais ficaram em outro quarto e tiveram o mesmo problema, que foi solucionado após um tempo. No entanto, no meu quarto o chuveiro seguiu frio durante toda a hospedagem. O banheiro é apertado, o box é apenas uma lona de plástico e as roupas de cama estavam manchadas. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas suficiente. O ponto alto de nossa hospedagem foi o funcionário Henrique! Muito solícito e simpático! Fez de tudo para nos ajudar com o problema dos chuveiros, até nos trocou de quarto e chamou um especialista para ver o que se tratava. Na manhã seguinte pediu muitas desculpas e parecia genuinamente preocupado com o nosso bem estar. Nos deu dicas de passeios inclusive por Cusco e permitiu que deixássemos nossas malas lá durante nossa subida à Machu Picchu. Encantou a todos de minha família e amenizou muito esses inconvenientes do local.

There is one staff member that works at this hotel. He is very kind but the issue is you can’t always find him . Don’t expect to get any sleep because the walls are paper thing and you can hear every sound and every conversations . The noise starts at 5am and is a mix of rooster ( not kidding) bells and conversations . There is no air system so everything is damp and smells like mould .

Clean newly renovated rooms. Great service.

Positive: service, lunch package instead of breakfast if you leave early to Machu Picchu, baggage keeping after check out until you return from MP

To improve: Windows are not Sound prøve so at night it can be loud if people make noise on the street. No shower curtain so bathroom can be wet after shower

The hotel was great. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. They packed us a bag to take to Machupicchu. Everything was perfect.
