Давно я так сладко не спал! Перед реализацией сложного проекта, решил просто провести ночь в отеле - в одиночку. И не прогадал с выбором. Kentron вы лучшие!) удобное расположение, приветливый персонал, комфорт, и как бонус вкусный и сытный завтрак прямо в номер! Особенно понравился широкий подоконник, и собственно крутой современный интерьер. Все очень замечательно!!

Modern and nice hotel in a very heart of the city.
Rooms are clean and have most of the amenities you need.
There was a miscommunication between the staff as we requested a bed for our toddler from one manager and and it was not in the room when we arrived (late evening) as the other manager did not receive the message. Nevertheless, the baby got her bed in time.
Also, there was a small technical issues with acclimatization system, it started making weird noises in the middle of the night. We informed the manager in the morning to check it out.
We will definitely give it another go, but hopefully next time without drawbacks mentioned above.

Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn die Metrostation einige Meter entfernt ist.

Alles super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Viihtyisä, siisti ja persoonallinen boutique-hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli erittäin palvelualtista ja "paikkasivat" muutaman pienen kommervenkin nopeasti kirjallisella pahoittelulla ja pullolla kuohuviiniä. Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taidot ovat hyvät, eikä kommunikoinnissa ollut ongelmia. Hotellissa on erilainen aamiainen siinä mielessä, että se tarjoillaan huoneeseen. Valikoima oli monipuolinen. Aamiainen on runsas, joskin oli ehtinyt jäähtyä yhtenä aamuna tarjoiltaessa.
Huoneessa ja hotellissa oli toimiva ja helppokäyttöinen wifi-yhteys.
Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla, mutta juuri sopivan kaukana pahimmasta vilinästä. Kävelymatkaa metroasemalle oli alle 1km, joten liikkuminen oli helppoa.

Hotel room was good size, clean, shower in the bathtub. Booked a comfort double room. Drinking water in corridor coolers. No lift. Stay was ok, but you can find better value hotels elsewhere.

Presented with a 'minibar bill' on early morning checking out(wasn't even aware there was a minibar). In hurry to catch nearby train to Moscow so couldn't really discuss. I'm still furius that I had to pay up.

Charming staff who were extremely helpful. Great location. Room a touch small but it was a standard room.

Hotellissa ei ole erillistä aamiaishuonetta. Aamiainen tuodaan erillisen tilauksen mukaan suoraan huoneeseen.
Aamiainen ei välttämättä saavu lämpimänä paikan päälle esim. ensimmäisenä aamuna kahvi ja tarjolla ollut paistettu munakas olivat viileitä.

Modern and clean, but rooms very narrow - can't walk around double bed.

It’s a very good option, very nice place and the attention is very good. If I’ll come back to St Petersburg I’ll be in this hotel again

Personal was super friendly and helpful.
Bathroom is small. Sink was approximately the size of my hand. Shower was leaking in both rooms.

Новый отель с ремонтом. Доброжелательный персонал.
Из недостатков - плохой WiFi, сильный запах ароматизатора в коридоре, очень маленькая, крошечная раковина в номере, нет тюли на окнах.

Perfect location, close to all sights. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Bed sheets could be replaced daily. But overall we can totally recommend the hotel!

when you see the entrance and lobby, it is not attractive. In fact, the interior design is nice. room is spacious and clean. the in-room breakfast service is good as you can enjoy from 7am-12pm. Good location to walk around the famous spot and restaurant

Бронировали номер со стеклянной перегородкой, в итоге по заезду мы оказались в обычном номере. Пояснили нам это тем, что мы бронировали делюкс, а номер со стеклянной перегородкой - люкс. Но на сайте было все описано иначе и категории люкс даже не существует. Более того утром в день заезда мы предварительно позвонили и спросили этот ли номер у нас и нам ответили да, а по приезду сказали доплачивать 1000р если хотим именно тот номер.
