Pros:

отель на 4 звёзды не тянет, персонал ужасный, зона спа платная, в первый раз с таким столкнулся в отелях 4-5 звёзд.

Четыре ночи в Green
Pros:

Взяли делюкс на четыре ночи. Номер просторный и удобный. Персонал на ресепшн приветливый, работу свою знают. Уборка номера на твёрдую троечку, ну не дотягивают до 5. Отличные завтраки. Спа- лично для меня, на твёрдую 3+ Большое преимущество отеля - локация: все в пешей доступности. Что касается цен: дорого, поэтому за эти деньги хотелось бы, чтобы и троечек было меньше. В целом доволен. Самые добрые пожелания благополучия и развития!

Отличный отдых в самом центре городе
Pros:

Комфортабельный отель в центре. Свой парк. Хороший бассейн, спортцентр и спа. Заботливый персонал. Очень хорошего качества кровати и ванные комнаты, что важно для хорошего отдыха. Все отлично.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück :-) empfehlenswert
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein großes Business Hotel in der Nähe der Innenstadt, fußläufig, mit einem außergewöhnlich guten Frühstück, sehr lecker !!!

Поездка на обучающий семинар
Pros:

Фантастические воспоминания о поездке в Кисловодск. Отель встретил улыбающимся персоналом. Номера чистые, всегда есть питьевая вода, шикарный бассейн. Были с деловой поездкой, отель сделал эту поездку очень комфортной и приятной, как будто были на отдыхе.
