Pros:

Замечательный Отель. Все чисто, уютно, красиво. Номер просторный и светлый. В номере тепло. Есть чайник, бесплатные бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар. Можно посетить бассейн и сауну. Бассейн 25-метровый. Прекрасные завтраки. На выбор предлагался английский, европейский или русский завтрак. При отеле есть ресторан с авторской кухней. Поужинать можно как в самом ресторане, так и в лобби баре. Вкусно.

Неплохо, но есть потенциал для улучшения
Pros:

В целом - нормально. "Своеобразно" расположен центральный вход - с торца, упирается в забор, без пандуса для багажа. Завтрак вкусный, а дополнительные условия качественные. Но обратил внимание, что нужна более серьёзная чистка коврового покрытия, косметический ремонт отдельных элементов номера, более внимательный уход за элементами сантехники и плинтусами (пятна, соли, ржавчина), ну и конечно, чтобы дверные ручки не отваливались (в случае с моим номером).

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Nice restaurant. Great staff in the bar, very attentive. Large, clean rooms with good amenities. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Оазис спальном районе Брянска.
Pros:

Отличный отель! Пожелания:
1. Поскольку на входе в отель крутая лестница, которая не предназначена даже для перемещения чемоданов на колесиках, желательно, чтобы персонал был поуслужливее и оказывал содействие постояльцам при заезде и выезде на этом коротком участке;
2. Устройство отеля вполне соответствует четырем звездам. Ресторан великолепен!
3. На окна в номерах, которые "смотрят" на убогие строения, я бы предложил жалюзи.
4. Городским властям держать равнение на уровень этого отеля!!!
Приедем еще!

Pros:

Из плюсов:
Чисто, уютно, все работает. Закрытая парковка (для этого района - важно). Спортзал плюс бассейн входят в стоимость. Отличный завтрак.
Единственный, но огромный минус: шумно(
Была гостем 2 ночи (выходные).
В ресторане были мероприятия.
Громко, весело, до часу ночи(
Огромная просьба к тем, кто принимает решения о мероприятиях в ресторане: думайте о гостях отеля.
