Perfect Relaxing Stay again

My second stay this month: This time excellent Massage by Ridi. Perfect Pizza Like in Italy by Chief Soham Dharavi. And as before I loved the rooms. I got Stuck here for 5 days beacuse of war in Iran my Emirates Flight got cancelled. I could really relax in the Hotel. Reception has fantastic staff in all departments they helped me with everything. With the in-Room device you can easily chat with them and all your questions are replied very kindly.

Personal teilweise indisponiert und eher am Handy, Prozesse nicht erkennbar. Luft nach oben im Bereich Service, der ja in diesem Segment den unterschied macht.

My Favorite Rooms in Bangalore
Pros:

Great Rooms with excellent Layout and Furniture. Best Rooms in Bangalore. All still Looks fresh with lovely and Pleasing colors and Materials. First stay in 19 th floor - no Sound at all. Second time 14th floor - you hear the Sounds Form outside a Bit. 30-50 minutes from Airport, depends on Traffic. SPA for Massage is Open Until 11 pm, which is great. I also enjoy the Massage here - nothing exceptional but good enough for relaxation.

Cons:

Check your Bills carefully. If you have a booking with discount on food, make sure it is deducted. SPA treatment rooms interior and Ambience I expected more and it was disappointing (light, sound, smell with Aroma lamp for example - has to be Improved, after you pass the SPA reception area which is Impressive, you expect something else in the treatment rooms! They are too Basic for a 5 Star Hotel Brand).
