Loved every bit of the stay, right from the room, amenities, the breakfast, hospitality and service from the staff was top tier, definitely made our experience so much better!
Spacious rooms, fabulous breakfast, and most of all excellent service. Entire staff is very helpful.
The room was pretty good and I got a free upgrade.
The location was a bit confusing and felt the price was too much for the room.
The service at the breakfast restaurant is quite nice , I like the stuff there. One name in particular I would like to mention is Deepak, who goes a long away to serve.
Well the facility is good in general, but the concierge service lacks the facility to organize plane tickets even domestic ones. I think anticipation has been read well yet.

The room smelled damp - attempts were made to resolve this, but perhaps it was just damp. This is my third visit, and there had previously been welcome fruit/cake in my room, which wasn't the case this time. It felt like perhaps staff were more stretched than previously.

My second stay this month: This time excellent Massage by Ridi. Perfect Pizza Like in Italy by Chief Soham Dharavi. And as before I loved the rooms. I got Stuck here for 5 days beacuse of war in Iran my Emirates Flight got cancelled. I could really relax in the Hotel. Reception has fantastic staff in all departments they helped me with everything. With the in-Room device you can easily chat with them and all your questions are replied very kindly.
