Too good on all aspects of hospitality, one of my fav place to stay in Bangalore.
It was amazing, from the staff to the room, the hospitality. Ms Palak, ms Chaity the duty manager, they were all so patient and hospitable and took care of the little details and our comfort. Truly enjoyed the experience of staying at a 5 star hotel. Wish we could have extended our stay further.

The property was clean and well kept and impressive. I had a bit of an OCD so when I pointed out on something in the interiors that was not clean they were quick to show me rooms of my preference and liking as options. I appreciatE Miss Palaks and Miss Chaitys patience in all of this and their generosity in making sure we were happy and comfortable in our stay, so much so that we extended our stay although we we were booked in another 5 star hotel in the other side of the town. Also Mr Aditya who served food was so kind to make sure we were satisfied with our food
The housekeeping team as well … they left little complimentries around from Forrest essentials and the laundry for our room with limited clothing was free that was amazing.
Alhamdulillah we felt we were in 5 ⭐️ premises.
The hospitality first which matters a lot the minute you enter 5Star hotel. And then the rooms and the way it’s maintained and as well as the amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast and also the little thoughtful notes that were placed around the rooms when we can back. Cute.

We went for a stay at the Four Seasons recently. The hospitality is the best!!! The infrastructure is also top class as is their maintenance. They excel in every department with regards to personalized service.The employees seem to live their motto.The courteous and polite attendance to our needs is beyond expectations. Bespoke luxury at its best!!!

Wow! This hotel and the team are truly expectional, we had an absolutely amazing time here with our family!! We were so well looked after, the team went out of their way to make us feel special. We celebrated Diwali at the hotel and the hotel team were so kind to let enjoy the fireworks and took us out to local temple afterward. Jacinta organised activities for our 4 and 7 year old every day, and was so kind to them in every interaction, they were over the moon and excited each day to see her. My daughter still talks about as Jacinta her friend in India. We pretty much ate all our meals at the hotel and it is outstanding, the restaurant team are all superb really friendly and make sure you want for nothing, the meals freshly cooked and delicious! Something for all of us each day, nothing was too much the service was first class, all with a smile and friendliness that was beyond expectation. Honestly can’t say enough about the four seasons hotel Bangalore, and especially the hotel team that make this place so special. From the moment we landed, everything was taken of with geniune care and warmth. We had such a wonderful time with you, thank you so much for looking after us and making so many amazing family memories, we can’t thank you enough! Hope you are all doing well, thank you so much again from all the family, for your warmth and kind generosity in all you did for us, we loved being with you 🙏
