Nylig renovert rom med utsikt. Ingen heis og resepsjon stengt i perioder men hyggelig personale som gjør sitt beste for å hjelpe. Mye støy fra gata men det er å forvente i gamlebyen.
The place was quiet and clean. However, there was no bedding for the 2nd child. The shower handle support is broken, but everything still works. We expected to have a shuttle to the airport but it was only a reference for the taxi, which was reliable on the other hand. The place was well located, close to the old town, the Venetian port.
Nicely presented, well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Definately would stay there again
The hotel's location was really good, it is within walking distance from the vetian harbour and lots of restaurants. The room was very nice, but also quite noisy. The room was right next to a pretty busy street and we heard cars and motorcycles throughout the night. The staff was very nice and were able to hold our luggage after check out.
It was fine for one night .
Struttura pulita ma insonorizzazione troppo scarsa. Si sentiva ogni singola voce degli altri ospiti quando passavano davanti alla stanza e essendo la camera posizionata all’inizio della scala nei passaggi notturni da parte degli ospiti si sentiva tanto(tra l’altro ospiti maleducati)

Nous recommandons cet établissement, très facile d’accès et je vous recommande de parler avec Mathilda qui nous a donné un service exceptionnel! Elle nous a aider pour chaque étape de notre expédition pour les gorges de samaria. Car tout les forfaits étaient complets. Chambre propre, facile d’accès et proche de tout! Merci
Close to everything
The location was perfect with walking distance to the old Venetian harbor and to Chania bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us really good advice on what to do and how to plan our activities the best way possible. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that it wasn't very soundproof and some of the other guests were a bit loud at times. But overall a really good and priceworthy option.
Location is not great, could use an elevator in the building, not enough toiletries.
Belle chambre à proximité du port vénitien, du phare et de la ville (10 minutes de marche). On a adoré! Stationnement facile dans les rues aux alentours.
Good location, good small hotel.. bed is comfortable…
Pillows were hard and big , air conditioning was not cold at all and no hot water!
We had a great time, it was a great location, friendly owners and very spacious room. Will be staying here again when I come back.
The check in was ok, the room is in great condition, and the location is great especially if you drive and need parking in the evening.
Excellent location to visit Chania. Very clean and updated space. Friendly service
The location is ideal if you are coming with the car as there is plenty of free parking around and also it is really close to the harbour just walking. Room and bathroom are brand new, super comfy bed and shower with pressure. The only inconvenience was that our room was on the first level next to the main door and we were hearing in everyone that was coming in during the night.
