extra bed provided with additional cost of 900 rs which is too high for the room cost . no baisc aminities , kettle was not avilable , resturent repeated sweet for dinner and morning breack fast , which is not at all good,

We had opted for 2bhk with balcony. booked and paid through booking.com.

Timesense 3/5, I had sent 11am checkin request, they accepted it but rooms were not ready till 12pm, which got us delayed for temple visit.
I didn't not find the 2bhk with proper facilities. Mobile charging sockets, are only there inside room. Nothing in hall, common areas.
No Mirror in common areas or 1 room. We can get ready in only 1 room.
The hotel is main road, that is good.
But, the road to the hotel is not proper and roads can get blocked by overnight vehicle parking.
We spent 10-20mins in removing our own car from parking.
Restaurant 3/5. We had opted for complimentary breakfast. The breakfast timing is 7.30am. breakfast was ready but restaurant was getting cleaned, so we got it packed, and ate it on the way.

Dirty and smelly bathroom. No loo rolls. There is a kitchen area without any utensils. Not even a glass to drink water. No tea/ coffee making facilities. One has to wail till the restaurant open at 7.30am to have a warm drink.

The complimentary breakfast was of Limited quantity, hardly fulfilling for an adult.
every light within the flat are 90s golden yellow toned which feels a bit uncomfortable to work with.

I liked overall

1. First of all I booked this hotel for my aged parents and on for my father 74th bday, we wanted to get blessings.
2. Since booking there was no call or confirmation from property. I called them to inform by 8 pm .
3. Room was ok, there was no kettle for hotwater or even tea bags for a quick tea as normal hotels will keep.
4. We booked for two days and when asked for water bottle the manager said only at the time of check-in bottle is free and after that it's chargeable.
5. There are two sides or block on the same building. No information on room series atleast at the downstairs near lift lobby for aged people to know on which lift they go.
6. Free breakfast was served with spoiled wheat rava upma and when confronted the staff didn't even mind it.
7. Shouting other staff members in front of all guests to show power especially in dining area.
8. Coupon breakfast was insufficient and served namesake. Staff told order anything if you feel not enough.
9. Parcel tea is 80 rs for two people to drink
10. Poori is 80 rs and restaurant staff always gives a cheap look at us for serving free breakfast. My mother even told we will go out to eat.
11. Tv they didn't recharge.
12. Landline they will not pick your call in reception, I had to call twice through my mobile.
13 Ac temperature doesnt reduce with remote in both the rooms, either sleep in extreme cold Nd die or turn it off in .
14. Whatever you keep in fridge will become ice in few hours.
15. It was a nightmare for us and will never and ever book again.
