Good hotel close to the park
Pros:

Very comfortable, elegant ,and very clean room. Cool at night so air conditioning isn't needed. Hot water 🙌🙌🙌

Reservé para el día 7 de enero me comuniqué a ver si podía hacer chek in más temprano y no me contestaron nunca menos mal encontré otro alojamiento por que de lo contrario me hubiera quedado en la calle

No encontraban mi reserva, la habitación debí solicitar repasar aseo de la habitación. No habían toallas debí pedir el control del modem del televisor no estaba y no había instrucciones claras para su manejo. Aunque es ajeno al hotel, mucho ruido externo

Pros:

Nao tinha toalha tive que me enxugar com lencol de cama , nao tinha numero na lista telefone para ligar para recepção , nao tinha senha do wfi no quarto , entao nao puder sair do banheiro molhado pra ir pedir tolhas na recepcao.

no se cumplió el chek in pero si el che out, por supuesto lleno total del hotel; entrega de la habitación 4:30 pm. lo cual significa que la reserva no estaba y hubo que improvisar

Falta aislar el ruido de la calle
Pros:

Muy bien, sin embargo la habitación en la que me hospedé da a la calle y el ruido es demasiado. A pesar de tener la puerta del balcón completamente cerrada, muy poco impide que se escuche el ruido qué hay fuera del hotel.

No había alimentación de ningún tipo y la habitación ofrecida en las fotos es muy diferente a la entrada además si no llevo la reserva no me cobran el precio pactado si no uno superior.
