De kamer (en de rest van de accommodatie) waren heel erg schoon. De eigenaresse was ook super vriendelijk ook al sprak ze niet zo veel Engels!

Excellent location, excellent staff, and excellent value for money
Pros:

The front receptionist was excellent. Though her English was not strong we both use Google Translate and managed just fine. She was very friendly and very helpful even driving me to a market close by to help me acquire some papaya seeds from a vendor to help with stomach issues. That is going above and beyond what would be expected from anyone in the hospitality industry.

Cons:

Wi-Fi could’ve been a bit stronger in the rooms sometimes it lagged but nothing too serious. overall, I enjoyed my stay and for the price I thought the accommodations were excellent. The basic the rooms were large and most important to me. The beds were very firm, which is what I like and the shower was very hot, which was also much appreciated.

Pros:

Large clean room, comfortable bed, the entire hotel is spotless, fast internet, 5 minutes' walk to the old town. Special thanks to dear "Nam" for being so helpful and such a cheerful and sincere person.

Cons:

If you have thin walls and chatty neighbors, everything can be heard.

Great budget accommodation for a night!
Pros:

Budget and comfortable. Would recommend! Great for a shorter stay right outside the city centre.

They also provide water for you fill up your water bottle which was super handy for me.

Cons:

The hot water was inconsistent, but I can imagine it’s the same for many places. Since it’s so hot out, that didn’t bother me.
