Brosko Hotel Arbat

Hotel Brosko rated as a 4-Star Hotel. It felt more like a 3-Star. Rooms are outdated with the old greasy smelly carpet. The rooms are small, breakfast is average. The location is great and the restaurant staff is very nice.

Good location, nice staff but it was very cold room, heating was not working

It’s a very nice hotel with spacious rooms in the city center. Just 2 kms away from the Kremlin. Both Arbat streets are 2-3 minutes away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating too.

All good but no soul hotel

Гостиница относительно новая, номера хоть и не большие но уютные, чистые есть и стол отдельный с креслом, кровать двухпольная полноценная большая при моём росте 1,86 ноги у меня до края не доставали. Санузел с душевой кабиной которая нормально закрывается вода хорошо уходит, есть фен и ВСЕ принадлежности включая халаты. На первом этаже есть небольшой ресторан в котором проходят завтраки, шведский стол всё вкусно и выбор для завтрака вполне. Гостиница находиться во дворе по этому нет большого шума от улиц, при этом Арбат рядом 5 мин, до красной площади 30 минут прогулочным шагом. Звукоизоляция обычная, у нас не было соседей за трое суток или они вели себя как мышки. Часто путешествую есть с чем сравнивать, гостиницу рекомендую.

Удобное расположение и тихое место. Приветливый персонал, достойный завтрак. Чистые номера, в общем, очень комфортно, рекомендую.

My hotel in Moscow is brosko very beautiful and clean hotel. Brosko is situated in arbat area heart of the city. Breakfast is so good and rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel lobby is also beautiful and hotel staff is very helpful and smiley faces best hotel in Moscow ❤️❤️❤️

Awesome Hotel. Clean Property with well furnished rooms. Gave us late check-out without any extra charges. Receptionist was English speaking and very good. Must Stay. Highly Recommended

I wasn't sure what to expect from their photos, but the hotel was actually incredibly nice. I loved staying at this hotel! The location really can't be beat. 5 minutes from New Arbat, Old Arbat, or the metro. The bathroom was remarkably aesthetically pleasing.

All the rooms are noisy with the outside noise (air-conditioning devices of the huge buildings on New Arbat; traffic noise from New Arbat and Sadovoe); the windows are not an adequate protection fro this. I changed three rooms, finally understood that this is not a question where the room windows look to - it is everywhere, probably apart from the atrium windows.
The breakfast is mediocre and overpriced.
The staff is ok.
But if you cannot sleep with the constant humming in the air, - avoid it.

Very comfortable and easy check-in and -out, friendly staff, modern and updated hotel. The room was a tad too small, but nothing major. The location is amazing - in the center of everything, including public transport. Highly recommend it!

Generally Brosko Hotel found Clean & having relaxed rooms.
Located nearby both new and old ARBAT streets, where there are a lot of good shops restaurants and a market near the hotel.
Hotel is near Underground station.
The staff at the Receiption were friendly, helpful and good English speaking.
Room space was good.
Wife has good speed...
Elevators have some problems from time to time as well as electronic Room's key cards.
Restaurant's staff are poor in English.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night during weekend getaway to Moscow.

The design is modern, European business style I would say. Building is fresh, with smell of paint in the gates. Rooms are spacious enough and beds are comfortable enough. Also the quality of toiletries is very good. However, besides these good points there are many dissapointing facts.

First of all - as soon as we entered our room, we realised that there is only 1 small window in the room, located in the far corner and that is facing.... the inner lobby of the hotel! So no daylight, nor fresh air at all. Secondly, the location of the toilet. It is located just behind the sink, so it is a challange to get there without getting some bruises. Moreover, the sound isolation is close to 0! I get a lot of noise as from the lobby, as well as from the gates. You can even hear people whispering. The shower head was shooting water to any possible direction, but not where it was supposed to. And, finally, our hairdries was broken. Luckily, the hotel staff brough us a new one in 20 minutes.

To sum it up, I would not call it a 4 star hotel. It is a good level 3 star hotel. For 4 stars you need at least a good soundproofing and rooms with windows.

Very clean and relax rooms. Located few minutes to Arbat street and there are good shops and a market near the hotel. Wife has good speed. The rooms have not good view but big enough. The major defect is about breakfast which is not delicious nor various. The stuff was friendly and good English speaking.

Stayed here for a week on holidays. The hotel was nice but definitely not a 4 star. It’s an equivalent of 3 stars for North America. Good proximity to Arbat

One thing to note: if you’re planning to order room service, which comes from the restaurant downstairs, make sure to confirm prices with them. Because the in room menu is “outdated” and has “old” prices, which are lower. This is what they told me when I realized it after ordering several times. They did nothing to remedy that
