The general maintenance of the building and the unit needed attention and care like broken towel bar, dirty and smelly shower curtain, and much needed cleaning inside the elevator. The location was noisy due to close by highway and street cars.
Service was very good by the property staff, they accomodated every need I had. Rooms are brand new, nicely decorated. 10 minute walk to hospitals. Area not so nice but a 5 minute walk will take you to nice parks and areas. Very good value.
Home office was not helpful at all. Did not care the the apartment was not up to par, also din not offer better alternatives. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of two beds was warped and falling to one side. Sofa was completely broken; there was no support. No ice. Worst part was the room was 54 degrees; the temp meter was broken. There was no one in the lobby to help. Place was a disaster and made Hotels.com look bad. Unacceptable, I expect a full refund.
When we arrived they did not have a room for us. Then they found another property & when we arrived at that property it was already occupied. We were stranded in Boston with no room and there was a baseball game & hockey game that night with all hotels being sold out. It was an awful experience.
The unit we were in needed the AC filter changed because it Couldn’t cool the air at all. The location was great and the check in was easy. Beds were nice. The public spaces look HEAVILY worn. Like college students who don’t care about the property live there.
Great place to stay, close to things, easy to get in and out
We really loved this place. The suite was gorgeous and fit all of us without anyone feeling crowded. My only issue is that I was called an hour and a half before check in to let me know that I could not check in until 5 when my check in time was supposed to be 4. I had family flying in from out of town and we had a dinner reservation set up at 5:30 that we would not be able to make if we couldn't check in with their luggage until 5. We ended up having to push the reservation back and the only other time the restaurant had was at 8, so we were pretty disappointed about that.
The price was okay but the room is in rough shape. Plus, the street car outside its very loud and the windows provide little sound insulation.
Area had no parking. Had to use public lot one mile away. It was difficult to enter building. Key did not fit properly.
Location and neighborhood was not the best for us. expensive for what we got.

Quiet and clean. Spacious and very comfortable.
We arrived after the reception had gone for the day. We were sent instructions to access a lock box which contained keys to the unit. We paid for overnight parking as a .extra and the remote was left on a table.. every light in the unit were on as were the TVs. We could only access the Disney Channel. Remotes were there but no instructions and no one to ask. The apartment was huge. 2 bedrooms two baths a full kitchen dining area and living room. Our unit was noisy as it is right on a Main Street with trolleys and( In this case) snowplows rumbling by for the better part of the night. It did have convenient access to downtown which suited our purpose. Our experience was that without human contact the stay was kind of impersonal and antiseptic. Maybe the next big thing in terms of hotel stays

The location of the property was close to bus / tram / trolley stop. It was very convenient going anywhere. We were impressed on how generous they are with those small / simple complimentaries. The apartment itself is pretty and very homey. Would definitely recommend.
Nice clean, spacious apartment, although the lock-box situation was unusual. Next time will be easier.
Check in was OK. Room heat did not work. Had to get portable heaters from reception. No bathroom toiletries. Reception only had enough for 1 bathroom in a 2 bathroom suite. Said they would bring more the next day but they didn’t. Suite was reasonably clean and comfortable and beds were good. I think it is a good value but I would not expect the service you would get from a hotel. Also, Bring your earplugs as the trolley runs along Huntington right outside your window.
