Muy amables pero en especal la niña de recepcion de el turno de la mañana de 11 de septiembre no recuerdo su nombre pero tuve un imprevisto y no dudo en ayudarme la verdad ojala en todos los hoteles tuvieran personas asi ,a y el desayuno super la verdad no esperaba algo asi por el precio que es muy comodo no dudaria en volver

La habitación no tiene ventilación, no tiene toalla para el baño ni para la salida de la ducha.
El lavamanos no cuenta con agua fría solo tiene agua caliente, en la habitación tiene muebles deteriorados.
No le hacen aseo ni limpieza a la habitación.
I only booked it to be close to the airport for an early flight next morning. The room was big but has seen its best days.
Really noisy (apart from constant airplanes)- the walls are thin and you can hear everything that is being said in the room next door. The staff didn't speak any English which I find quite shocking for a hotel that advertises itself as an airport hotel as they would get a lot of international guests. I arranged their airport shuttle service which they told me costs 35000 pesos. I got to the airport and it turns out it's a regular metered taxi and it charged me 60000. Don't advertise an airport shuttle at a fixed price if you're just going to get a metered taxi that's a total rip off. If I had known I would have gotten an uber for much less. I had a terrible night sleep, no assistance in English, and got scammed on their "airport shuttle service". Dont go here.
