Amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

Esperaba encontrar un hotel con mejores instalaciones. Podría mejorar el mobiliario. Los baños se ven viejos. El wifi sinceramente se colapsa. Agradezco a la persona de recepción que me ayudó brindando otra señal de mejor calidad.

Cons:

El wi-fi: como extranjero recién llegado, y sin sim/esim local, no contaba con internet en mí teléfono. El wifi que proporcionan en el hotel funciona MUY mal, al punto que ni mensajes de WhatsApp entraban o salían. Recién al momento de hacer el checkout, la persona de recepción me compartió otra red wifi (no disponible para huespedes) para que pudiera pedir un taxi al aeropuerto. Creo que esta misma podría estar disponible también para los huespedes...

Espectacular un ambiente muy agradable y personal muy atento y de calidad humana.
Pros:

Muy limpias las recámaras, amplias y sobre todo lo cómodas, un excelente desayuno con una vista espectacular.

Cons:

El personal muy amable y atento, lo recomiendo un 100%.

Hotel para una noche
Pros:

El desayuno, estaba bien preparado, y fresco. La Atencion de la Sra. Que sirve los desayunos, muy agradable. En cuanto a la habitación, tiene lo necesario, es cómoda.

Cons:

El televisor está obsoleto, estaba presentando fallas, y tuve que reportar. Las personas cuando ingresa el cliente No dan instrucciones para saber dónde es el piso del desayuno, no me informaron las claves de la red wifi, solo me informaron el horario del desayuno, pero no el piso. En general, creo que les falta interés a las personas de la recepción, en su desempeño. En cuanto al servicio del televisor, tampoco estaba nítida la imagen, y luego se salió una mancha en la pantalla negra, que parece que es por lo antiguo.
