Muy mal servio las chicas de recepción
Der Save war in 2 Zimmern nicht nutzbar. Wir mussten den Hausmeister beauftragen um ihn zu nutzen. Der Boden und die Wände im Badezimmer waren schmutzig, trotz gleicher Beschwerde eines anderen Mieters. Fernbedienung an der Klimaanlage war defekt. Beim Auschecken hatte der Service vergessen, dass ich 2 Mal den Disposit bezahlt habe und wollte mir nur die hälfte geben.
Hotel tranquille dans un quartier en dehors des sites touristiques mais mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement et d'entretien.
Le personnel n'est pas très attentionné des clients. Dommage.
The staff were good, the property needs maintenance as the AC kept on leaking and the washroom was moldy
Have to do everything on your own but it was a very nice pool and location
Hard beds, very loud street all night, only one person on staff the whole time, only one breakfast option every morning

The base/worst rooms are the “luxury premium rooms 20m2” so we booked a higher grade “junior premium 27m2. We had to wait for 90 minutes past check in until the room was ready at nearly 16:00. We were given a 20m2 room on a busy road with a broken door that could not close or lock. This place is all looks and not conducive to sleep. We were refused a cancellation/refund and had to book somewhere else. Shameful hotel.
住宿不錯，房間也很乾淨，又有游泳池，也有提供早餐，不過早餐飲料只能給熱飲,泰國很熱比較想喝冷飲，除此之外沒有什麼問題，交通往古城也方便，附近過橋有市場可以逛，除了熱飲有意見，其他都完美！
