It’s really not good, no cleanliness, the hotel is filled with small cockroaches and all over the Beds and wardrobe. Not slept well in this hotel. No hot water facilities. There is no proper response from staff.

I did not like that my request to stay was approved at Booking.com app and that I received confirmation email about it, but when I showed up 8pm in the evening I was denied to stay there due to me being a foreigner.

My name and profile is european.

Why is my stay approved if I am not eligible for stay there?
