Pros:

I was in Coimbatore on December 23rd, but I had made a reservation beforehand. My biggest surprise was arriving at the hotel and being told they didn't accept foreigners, which frustrated me.This is a form of racist discrimination.

Pros:

Yesterday I take super collocation o gandhipiram it was wrist experience room was no clean no hot water and no bathing towel .When I asked for a bath towel, he said that all the towels had been taken away. Now we don't have a single towel.

Cons:

Then I asked him how I was going to take a bath, but he didn't say anything. The receptionist doesn't even look a customer in the face when they come in. Very bad

Everything, AC not working, no hot water, no TV, no drinking water atleast one bottle per day, torn bedsheets, cockroach in room, washbasin not clean water log.

In short, it was a nightmare.
Pros:

Didn't like anything that the Hotel had to offer, didn't even attempt to try the free breakfast.

Cons:

The Hotel is very old and poorly maintained, the rooms (two) we stayed didn't have locks, had to use the bolt to lock the room(s), bugs were freely roaming around everywhere. The Hotel staff didn't even offer us towels for showering, they said they are waiting for the towels to be washed and come back from laundry. The Hotel didn't even have WiFi facility.

The property was nothing like what was shown in the images. The place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained, with no sense of hygiene.

Cons:

Despite having a confirmed advance reservation, the property failed to provide us a room. When we arrived, the receptionist flatly stated that no rooms were available and immediately blamed Booking.com. The staff was uncooperative and rude, and we were effectively forced to leave the property. At midnight, with no assistance or alternative arrangements offered, we had no choice but to spend the night elsewhere in Coimbatore.
