Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage zu den Bergbahnen ist top. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Bei den Fotos im Internet war das Familienzimmer mit einer Schiebetür getrennt, also 2 Räume. Wir hatten nur ein Doppelzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch. Das Zimmer wurde trotzdem als Familienzimmer deklariert / verrechnet. Das finde ich nicht ganz in Ordnung.

Pros:

Der sehr nette Wirt, die großzügige Ausstattung der Zimmer, das leckere Essen und zentrale Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Das der Fahrstuhl nicht bis in die dritte Etage fuhr, was aber auch kein großes Drama war. Viel schlimmer war dass wir keine Winterjacken mit hatten, da wir aus dem Sommerurlaub kamen. Da konnte ja aber das Hotel nichts für.

Pros:

Die Wirtsleute und Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt,das Frühstücksbuffet (was für mich das wichtigste ist) war super,alles was das Herz begehrt war da👍👍. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gratz
Pros:

I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). I also appreciated the hotel offering me early breakfast on the day of my race so I could get some food in advance.

Note that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) don't have kettles so you can't make your own coffee/tea. Breakfast does usually have a bit of a late start time (8:00) so something to consider if you're an early riser and like a morning beverage.

Pros:

Náš pobyt v hotelu byl naprosto skvělý. Hotel je perfektně zařízený pro rodiny – v pokoji jsou zatemňovací závěsy, k dispozici je skvělá herna pro různé věkové kategorie (od velkých Lego kostek po lezeckou stěnu) a vedle herny fantastická sauna se 3 druhy saun, ve které si to užijou i děti.

Personál byl nesmírně ochotný a vždy připravený poradit nebo pomoci, ať už se jednalo o tipy na výlety, nebo drobnosti během pobytu (půjčovali jsme si rychlovarnou konvici a dodatečný polštář). Celá naše dovolená měla přátelskou a srdečnou atmosféru, cítili jsme se opravdu vítaní, jako na návštěvě u rodiny. :)

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Gezellig en sfeervol hotel. Kamers zijn super schoon en mega vriendelijke eigenaren. Ontbijt was heerlijk, goed verzorgd!
