非常失望 打壞了出遊放鬆的好心情

訂房時候選擇兩張單人床，沒想到入住時竟然分配一張雙人床（還是一般沒加大的），顯然兩個高大男生根本塞不下，趕緊去向櫃檯反應並告知我當時訂房時所選擇的房型為兩張單人床，同時也表示就是看見這個房型才約定住宿，旅宿人員竟表示房型分配是以訂房順序分配，這很明顯是推託之詞，其他住宿也有相同的房型選擇選項，當房型額滿後段就會關閉額滿房型的選項，旅宿後段疏忽造成客人不便沒有致歉還找藉口呼嚨很不專業，所幸僵持之下店家稱如果其他客人沒有預定兩張單人床房型就可以幫我調整，雖然當下我很傻眼為什麼是尚未入住的客人為主但我也不去理論，可是萬萬沒想到更麻煩的事情在後頭，成功換房型後，竟遇到了外出返回住所，多次使用房卡卻無法順利進門的問題，真的是很多次，讓我這一天的心情更加糟糕了，希望店家真的可以做改變，畢竟都賺錢賺到在對門開了一家更高級的酒店，應該是很專業的老闆才是！

假日入住要有停車場很遠的覺悟。訂房通知信說旁邊的同家集團飯店停車場若有空位可以停。實際上是假日不用想去停，要停走上坡約10分鐘的停車場。但這或許是便宜的原因。另外房間中央空調溫度無法真正調整，會很冷。早上算是小小自助式餐點，但遇到湯被前批的
