Pros:

Even don't know where to start...
1- We booked the hotel room for January 2, to only learn 2 days before our arrival that the boat could take us to the island only on January 3 in the morning.....So we had to book a room in Cartagena...ok we did not complained
2- When we arrived on January 3 at the hotel Erizos around 11 am, the Manager told us that we did not have a room. The hotel was overbooked and that we will have someone pick us up later in the afternoon with a boat and drop us up at another hotel (not in front of the water liked booked) so we will sleep there. And... wait for it it gets better, that they will come again to pick us up the next morning in order for us to go to Erizos again have breakfast etc...
What a joke... We came from a hiking trip of 4 days in the jungle, were exhausted and just wanted to rest for 3 days before to fly back home. We couldn't accept that.
3- After arguing on the phone with a girl called Berta, she finally told us that it was fine and we could stay at the Erizos. They kicked out a family out of their room ( we've met them and they told us their similar story).
4- We finally got a room around 1pm, and OMG it was just disgusting. Please see the pictures, mold, dirty walls, cockroaches, open walls, noisy, smelly.
5- We spent one night in it and did not get any sleep. We booked a room in an hotel next door and spend our last night in there.
6- Management did not want to reimburse us the 2 nights we did not spend there... Stay away !!!!
