A cama é bem grande, super confortável, os travesseiros são grandes e bem confortáveis também, nota 10 para o conjunto "cama". O quarto é bem amplo, tem uma TV bem grande em frente a cama. A internet poderia ser mais rápida para acessar streaming na televisão. O banheiro é grande, amplo, mas, precisam melhor urgente o chuveiro não tem pressão de água e joga água para todo lado menos em você, molha o chão do lado de fora. O Café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo, pelo menos as 06:30. 07:00 para quem viaja a trabalho é tarde.

A localização é ótima, numa área de muita atividade em Cochabamba. O quarto muito confortável, internet funciona bem. Os funcionários são gentis. O hotel está um pouco negligenciado na área de catering. O restaurante abre apenas para o café da manhã e as opções são limitadas. No primeiro día a única opção sem gluten foi pão de queijo, o segundo día nem isso. Apesar disso eu voltaria, sim, especialmente pela cortesia dos funcionários e belas vistas do quarto e da sala de recepção.

O hotel fica super bem localizado. A dois quarteirões do mercado IC Norte, dois quarteirões de ótimos restaurantes, casa de campo e la estância. Se não quiser ir “longe” basta pegar o elevador e descer do 6º andar (hotel) até o 4º andar, praça de alimentação do Hupermall. O quarto é super grande, cama gigante e super confortável, ótimos travesseiros. O café da manhã é super completo e variado. O único ponto que não me agradou muito foi que o chuveiro não tinha pressão de agua, bem chato isso.

I liked the hotel and the location, the crew is awasome, very polite and always willing to help. But the area has a lot of nightlife around it and the walls are not very well isolated. Again I loved the place but I didn't have a restfull stay.
International level hotel in the heart of Cochabamba. No unnecessary amenities, good Wi-Fi, friendly staff.

Tuve la mala experiencia de no ser bien informado por la Srta Segovia; mi hija fue por un campeonato de tenis sudamericano y como tal la recibieron, puesto que había un convenio con la federacion sudamericana de tenis en el costo del hotel, pero al final le cobraron el doble por la estadía… es un abuso
He tratado de comunicarme con la Adminsitradora Liliana desde hace 4 días y no me responde, es más al hacer el check out no le dieron ningún recibo del hotel

Fresh clean design, with lots of room, and a great view on the busy street below to the mountains rising close by. The breakfast is adequate, the standard South American hotel breakfast. Well stocked minibar!
Good location, disrespectful treatment from one of the workers
Overall, a nice, comfortable (and new) hotel
in Cochabamba. New and modern furnishings, and large rooms. There is a mall and several restaurants nearby too. Only feedback is that a few amenities are missing such as a luggage holder and a kettle. Otherwise everything was fine!
