Hapimag Resort Prague

No AC in the hotel rooms and there was no hot water to shower tbe second and third day

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very friendly front desk! Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms in an excellent area. Walkable to shopping and all the food places.

Staff were very helpful- lovely rooms - close to old town

Comfortable room in a grand building with access straight in the middle of Prague, and about ten minutes from the train station.

Beautiful, private, spacious, thoughfully equipped rooms (basically a vacation apartment) with very convenient access to public transportation located on Wenceslas Square across the street from the big statue, and catty-cornered from the National Museum. Extremely convenient to everywhere in the city center, but also a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

The location right by Wincelas Square was excellent, and the hotel had everything I needed. They were pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location in the heart of prague. Close to tram, metro, train. Plenty of food and drink options close by. The property itself is large and clean. Room perfect with view over wenceslas square. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful

The receptionist was so friendly! She had lots of recommendations and was friendly with our children. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

My daughter and I spent 2 nights at Hapimag Apartments (30th & 31st May 2024) and had a very comfortable stay. Great location, very clean apartment, helpful staff, spacious with separate WC and shower room, we didn't do any cooking but the kitchen has everything you need if you wish to make your own meal. Official rating for Hapimag Apartments is 3 star but this is better than most 4 star places we have stayed in. There is no air-conditioning but there is a standing fan in the room, when we were in Prague temperatures were in the low 20 degrees Celsius, we were comfortable with windows open and never used the fan. We would stay at Hapimag again the next time we visit Prague.

Excellent in every way. Definitely book Hapimag if you are going to Prague!! Excellent location, room (more accurate description is apartment which is great for holiday and family), super clean and comfortable, and the staff are very very friendly. Hotel location is perfect and access to all transportation but you won’t need to take it much as Hapimag is central and walking distance to all Old Town area attractions.

Our first time chosen to stay in Hapimag, spacious and clean room. We were received by the hotel security guard as we arrived late to the hotel and reception has closed at that time, really appreciate all the kind arrangement! Location is great, along shopping street! There is also a 24/7 mini market next to hotel. Will definitely choose Hapimag again in the near future!

We were very pleasantly surprised. Very clean and modern. All the kitchen utensil were supplied and the electrical kitchen appliances appeared to be brand new. The location was spot on for easy navigation of the city. Close to supermarket and shops, restaurants as well. Very happy indeed with this hotel.
