Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Wellnessangeboten
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern bis auf eine Ausnahme.
Kostenloser Massagestuhl.
Kostenlose Sauna.
Schöne Dachterrasse.
Zimmerservice.

Cons:

Als wir am 14.07.2026 eingecheckt hatten wollte ich den angepriesenen kostenlosen Umparkservice nutzen, da meine Familie bereits beim Essen war und ich das Auto nicht auf dem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz stehen lassen wollte. Ich ging zur Rezeption und fragte freundlich nach. Der junge Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht mir zu helfen, hatte aber selbst keinen Führerschein. Also fragte er seine neben ihm sitzende Kollegin, die nur schnippisch entgegnete: "ich hab gerade andere Sorgen". Er suchte weiter nach einer Lösung da fing die Kollegin in dreister Art und Weise an meinen Wunsch in Frage zu stellen und ob ich das nicht selbst machen könnte. Ihren Kollegen ließ sie auflaufen und hatte nur unangemessene, verspottende Sprüche für ihn übrig. Ihm war es sichtlich unangenehm. Am Ende hat sie dann meinen Autoschlüssel mürrisch entgegengenommen. Ob sie ihn noch rechtzeitig weggefahren hat, bevor die kostenpflichtige Stunde angebrochen ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Aber das Auto stand noch eine ganze Weile auf dem Parkplatz und ich hoffe, ich bekomme nicht noch Post vom Betreiber. Wie so jemand an einer Rezeption sitzen kann, ist mir jedenfalls absolut schleierhaft. Dem jungen Mann gebührt hingegen mein vollster Respekt und Dank. Er hat sich sehr bemüht professionell und entgegenkommend zu sein. Seine Kollegin war weder ihm noch mir gegenüber so wie es diesem Haus gebühren sollte.
Ansonsten waren aber alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und äußerst entgegenkommend.

Andere Punkte, die hätten besser sein können:
-wenig vegetarische Auswahl beim Frühstück.
-Keine Hafermilch als Alternative für den Kaffee
-Der Joghurt sowie die Sojamilch beim Müsli waren leider schon verdorben

Pros:

Wir kommen immer wieder gern ins Christkindl Hotel weil es so familiär ist. Auch Wünsche werden erfüllt ( habe irrtümlich das falsche Datum gebucht und es wurde ruck zuck verlegt). Als wir diesmal wieder die Türe geöffnet hatten, empfanden wir es wie" nach Hause kommen".

Cons:

Da wir das Haus schon sehr gut kennen gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Une adresse à retenir
Pros:

La vue du 5ème étage est exceptionnelle, il y a une table de ping-pong (les raquettes et les balles sont laissées à disposition, pas de parcours du combattant pour les obtenir de la réception) et mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner avec sa salade de fruits frais, de plus en plus rarement proposée.

Krásné místo s výhledem do kraje. Pohodlný hotel a dobrá restaurace. Co si vic přát?

Trošku složitější parkování i kdyz se pise ze je zadarmo, tak moc vysvětlené to neni.
