Décevant heureusement que l accueil du responsable à été efficace
Pros:

Le chef de la réception est intervenu pour que notre sejour de 2 nuits se passe au mieux. Merci encore à lui.

Cons:

Les échafaudages devant la fenêtre le manque de luminosité dans la chambre. Pas de mini frigo alors que 2 cannettes de bière étaient à disposition mais trop chaudes pour être consommées. Pas de cafetière pour prendre un café ou un thé dans la chambre. Pour 1 hotel 4 étoiles le prix de la chambre assez élevé ainsi que le petit déjeuner très cher.. De plus pourquoi avoir eu une chambre pour handicapés ???

Top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. Zu Fuß ist man auch gleich in der Stadt (zirka 10 Minuten Gehweg). Die Parkmöglichkeit war auch gegeben und gut. Zudem war das Zimmer wirklich sauber.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ist Straßenseitig gelegen - somit etwas laut mit dem Verkehr.

Das Haus ist modern und hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer klein, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Generell war das Personal sehr freundlich, ausser die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit bei der Vermietung der Fahrräder und vor allem richtig krank. Sie hatte sehr starke Hustenanfälle (ohne Maske) und man sah von weitem dass sie Fieber hatte. Leider war es eher laut, da im Park nebenan am Wochenende immer recht lange gefeiert wird.
