Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Konstanz – für uns eine klare 10 von 10
Pros:

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Our city break at the HARBR was great to discover Konstanz. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is very frie
Pros:

Easy access, car park for larger vehicles available and the very big plus - hotel staff is really customer focus and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast and light bites menu could benefit from a little refresh and adding fridges in the room would be good considering how hot summers on the continent are getting.

Schön war’s! Gerne wieder.

Betten bequem.
Klimaanlage im Zimmer, top!!!
Man konnte trotzdem ein Fenster kippen, das ist prima! Ich kann nicht schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster.
Wir hatten Glück mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.
Vermisst habe ich einen Vergrößerungsspiegel im
Bad. Hatte meinen eigenen leider vergessen.
Gerne wieder, wir haben nichts zu meckern.

Wir waren das 6. mal im Hotel Harbr.
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage zum Rhein und zur Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben für EUR 569 für 2 Nächte das rollstuhlzimmer bekommen. Der Behälter für flüssige Seife in der Dusche war komplett leer (was wir natürlich erst beim Duschen am Abend festgestellt haben), der Duschvorhang (für Rollstühle) war verdreckt und die Belüftung im Bad war kaputt. Dadurch war am nächsten Morgen immernoch alles pflotsch-nass. Da die Tür zum Bad immer zu fiel, mussten wir den Mülleimer einklemmen um das Bad einigermassen zu lüften. Ich habe dies am Morgen an der Rezeption gemeldet. Als wir am Abend zurückkamen, war alles unverändert. Bei der Abreise wurde ich nach meiner Zufriedenheit gefragt. Darauf habe ich den Sachverhalt nochmals geschildert, worauf sich die rezeptionsangestellte aus dem Hinterzimmer meldete und sagte, sie habe es abgeklärt und man habe ihr gesagt es sei alles in der Ordnung….
Was soll ich dazu noch sagen??
