All very good until that breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located for us in the town including free parking. The bar at night including food was superb !

Cons:

2 things
1. The view out of our bedroom window was horrible and the electrical units outside made a terrible noise all night
2. Breakfast was very average. The meal the night before was stunning but this breakfast was very poor . Our cooked breakfast arrived in say 4 minutes from ordering so it’s been cooked and microwaved. My food was so overcooked and my wife’s avocado and scrambled egg was very sloppy. Best bet is just offer a buffet cooked breakfast and see how we get on !
