Fantastic location and great service staffs
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops and a wide variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of Nanluoguxiang pedestrian street. The reception team was Ver friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Great for family of four, they have a room with three 1.5m beds which are hard to find in Beijing and it is great for family of 4.
Room is very clean and new, location is perfect.

Cons:

The only down side was no carpark at the hotel and it is a bit hard for the taxi to find a parking, we had to rush to get in everytime

L’hôtel est moderne, propre et très confortable. Bien situé avec restaurants et commerces à proximité.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer perfekten Gegend
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit modernen Zimmern und einer sehr guten Lage.
Vom Hotel kann man den Lama Tempel schnell besuchen und es liegt in einer Straße mit viel street Food und einem typischen chinesischen Leben.

Eventuell während des Aufenthaltes den Boden fegen und Staubfegen

The room was not cleaned and bedsheets not changed daily during the one week stay. We requested for room cleaning and bedsheets to be changed and the cleaners didn’t do so and only made the bed. Staffs were not knowledgeable at all and whatever we asked them the my don’t seems to know anything for example how to get to Great Wall of China, etc. We had to absorb the processing fees for the payment of our hotel which was not necessary as hotel didn’t informed us and gave us option for cash payment. We won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and booking.com also didn’t follow up with my feedback and complaint
