Lousy and overpaid and overcharged for what I am supposed to be paying

The room was not cleaned and bedsheets not changed daily during the one week stay. We requested for room cleaning and bedsheets to be changed and the cleaners didn’t do so and only made the bed. Staffs were not knowledgeable at all and whatever we asked them the my don’t seems to know anything for example how to get to Great Wall of China, etc. We had to absorb the processing fees for the payment of our hotel which was not necessary as hotel didn’t informed us and gave us option for cash payment. We won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and booking.com also didn’t follow up with my feedback and complaint

Posizione comoda per chi arriva dall’aeroporto e riparte dalla stazione Beijing North.
Vicino alla bell and drum tower
A fianco dell’hotel c’è un supermercato

Poco spazio per aprire la valigia

Pros:

The check-in very smooth and the customer service very good, i have requested for extra bath towel at late night and still send to my room. very helpful as first time visit Beijing so tend to have more inquiries for places to eat, DiDi transport etc. the location is really convenient, there is fast food and restaurant nearby, even 24 hours convenient store in walking distance.
The hotel provide self laundry and dryer free which is really a great help, it's very convenient and save time.
The room is what you see and the kids like the bunk bed with slide very much.

This property has top tier customer service. They speak in English and accommodated any possible request that we had. Our stay was perfect. The metro was a few blocks away but the area itself is already lively.

Le personnel est serviable. Ils proposent leur aide pour des adresses, des conseils et toujours avec le sourire.
L'emplacement est excellent. Dans le quartier des hutongs et du train de l'aéroport. Très pratique.
Chambre moderne. Sans vraiment de charme mais sympa

Cons:

Notre chambre "avec vue sur la ville" avait une vue sur l'arrière d'une enseigne du bâtiment. On voyait le ciel heureusement.

Läget toppenbra, vi gillar hutongkvarteren nära Drum Tower. Modernt hotell, mycket rymligt för oss 3 personer. Sköna sängar och tyst! Trevlig och mycket tillmötesgående personal.

Pros:

I like the location, many restaurants to dine . Many shop and easy to get by attractions area. Small room not comfy.

Cons:

The room is too small we book for 3 person but only provide one king mattress. The hotel picture what you see in advertisements is not the same as what the actual hotel looks like. The hotel receptionist Nora is not helpful, we ask for directions to beautiful temple since we don't understand Chinese in DiDii app but NORA mean inconsiderate receptionist send us to the National Government Administration Noth Gate that have many security checks and secluded area that we all two elderly one child have a hard time to come out from that area and was stop by the government official to check our passport a few times . Worst human being I ever see
in the service line.
