Beautiful rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, I do not have a single complaint.
Pros:

The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed. The staff were so friendly, always had a smile on their face and went out of their way to help us. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. I don’t have a single complaint.

Great stay and we are happy
Pros:

Het was erg schoon en mooi ingericht. We hadden zeer behulpzame medewerkers ontmoet, Dawn and Amy. Engels is geen probleem en waren erg gastvrij. Ze hielpen verzorgde voor een aangename verblijf. De wijk waarin deze vestiging is gevestigd iserg gezellig en veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand te zien.

En niet te vergeten, er zijn hier gratis wasmachine en droger beschikbaar voor de gasten om de shirtjes en broeken te wassen (niet voor ondergoed, sokken)

Cons:

Hotel kan daar niet heel veel aan doen, maar er zijn wellicht gasten die toch rookte en hierdoor af en toe onze kamers even naar sigarettenrook rook via de luchtkanalen.

Fantastisch hotel op toplocatie.
Pros:

Ik heb er voor de 2e keer in korte tijd overnacht en vind het fantastisch. Prachtige ingerichte kamers, superlief personeel en op een geweldige locatie vlakbij gezellige hutongs en bezienswaardigheden.

Fantastisch ingerichte kamers, alles nieuw en heel comfortabel. Het hotel ligt in een levendige straat en vlak bij bezienswaardigheden en leuke hutongs.

Impeccable hotel near the Beijing night life
Pros:

The hotel was kind enough to let us check in early in the morning and give us a room upgrade after our overnight train ride to beijing. The hotel has plenty of umbrellas that guests can borrow on rainy days. At the entrance, they have some local snacks and tea which is the best way to welcome guests. The hotel is easily accessible, within 20 min walking distance to 3 different subway stations (different lines). The TV automatically turns on when you walk into the room and plays calming music. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which makes laundry quite convenient.

Cons:

We lost internet during our first night which made attending work calls difficult

Tangfu Dynasty Boutique hotel
Pros:

Lo staff estremamente disponibile, ho dovuto richiedere delle modifiche alla mia prenotazione e la mia richiesta è stata gestita prontamente e con molta gentilezza. In generale l'hotel offre un ottimo servizio, sia dal punto di vista della comodità che degli oggetti di uso quotidiano. La zona è molto carina, piena di ristoranti e locali ma tranquilla, ben collegata e vicina al quartiere antico della città.

Pros:

We needed to check out the hotel because of the tobacco smoke was so intense.
They understand that, and paid back the rest of the night fee.

I think this hotel recommended to the locals.

Cons:

Our room was full of tobacco smoke, every furniture, blanket, pillow everything was so smoky.
We changed the room, but it was also so so smoky and the smell what we felt it was disgusting.

Fantastisk sight-seeing hotel

Veligt personale, gode transportmuligheder og rummelige vælrelser.

Cons:

Sengene var lidt hårde. Har man sart ryg får du det hårdt. Men personalet var venloge og give os en ekstra dyne vi kunne ligge på.
