El tamaño de las habitaciones, demasiado pequeñas
A localização é das melhores. No centro de Getsemani, tudo perto, muitos restaurantes bons e bem próximo da cidade muralhada. Da para fazer tudo a pé. O hotel é bem confortável, silencioso, funcionários super atenciosos.
O hotel possui um jardim de inverno, muito bonito quando está sol, pegamos um dia de chuva aí o hall do café da manhã molha tudo. Nada demais mas daria para fazer um controle de não cair chuva no hall.

Il pavimento della camera era sporco, lo abbiamo detto alla reception e l’indomani non è stato pulito a dovere. La colazione era molto basica. Camera con finestra su un muro, quindi non c’era luce naturale.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Monaguillo de Getsemaní. The location is perfect, right in the center of Getsemaní and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. My room was on the ground floor and was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet — definitely quieter than staying inside the Walled City. I loved the rain shower, and breakfast was good. The rooftop area was a nice place to relax. I would definitely stay here again

Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, the breakfast team were super friendly and there was a good choice and more than enough food.
The day time reception team were very friendly and welcoming.
Appreciate it was over NY which may have impacted this to a degree but there were several disappointing elements to our stay
- to evening reception team member was not particularly welcoming or friendly - so things felt unwelcoming first off.. (such a contrast to the day time)
- the place next door was playing loud music constantly like until 6am. And the door to the rooms are out in the open with nothing to shield you from the noise. Might have been further impacted by New Year. The room could do with a large thick blackout curtain as a minimum to help with noise but also light.
- the pool wasn't cleaned very regularly and there were often a flock of very large birds resting by the side and swimming in the pool. Not sure how you stop that, but they left feathers etc in there. Didn't feel very clean.

Keine Fenster, Mini Raum, sehr laut: sowohl von der Lage (muss man in Kauf nehmen) auch vom Hotelleben (Krach bis spät in die Nacht und ab früh morgens)
Sehr schönes und kleines Hotel im Zentrum. Alles zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Der Zimmer war echt gross und Sauber. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf die Stadt war Top.
Ganz grosses Dank an die netten Angestellte an der Rezeption. Vor allem Larry, ein richtig netter und freundlicher Mann.
