Heerlijke plek om in cartagena te verblijven
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, in een gezellige, levendige straat met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Maar in het hotel was het juist heerlijk rustig. Perfecte combi. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad op het dak was heerlijk om even af te koelen in het warme cartagena. Goed ontbijt ook.

Un hôtel bien placé
Pros:

L'emplacement en plein coeur de Getsamini, les piscines en rooftop.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais les jus de fruits ne sont pas très bons. Les pancakes manquent de confiture ou de pâte à tartiner en accompagnement.Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude.Fenêtres de la chambre qui donne sur un mur.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Perfect setting in the heart of Getsemani but rooms are quiet. Air conditioning worked very well and breakfast was simple but filling. Staff is very warm and pleasant.

Es super acogedor y su ubicación cerca del Centro de Convenciones donde fue mi Congreso, por eso lo escogí por segundo año consecutivo.

A quiet & relaxing oasis in central Getsemani
Pros:

A quiet oasis in the middle of Getsemani. Our ground-floor room was large and surprisingly very quiet, given the central location. Beds were comfy, with high,-quality sheets. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shower was only luke warm. Staff needs to do a better job of keeping the walls of the upper-deck jacuzzi clean - there were many bird droppings throughout our 4-day stay.

A Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Wonderful location in Getsemani, in the midst of all the action but didn't feel that way once inside the door of the hotel.
Staff that go the extra mile to ensure the stay os enjoyable.
Pleasant rooftop amenities with views in all directions.

Repetiría me encantó
Pros:

El alojamiento está súper céntrico en la misma calle tienes de todo, el personal muy agradable y servicial, la habitación muy amplia y el desayuno espectacular

hotel bien ubicado pero hay problemas de limpieza

Al desayuno muy rico y la atención del personal, la ubicación en Getsemani es la mejor

Cons:

la limpieza de la habitación, fundas sucias con manchas de labial y percudidas y las toallas de cuerpo estaban supersucias, con manchas de maquillaje, la ducha tenia un problema y el agua fria no abria bien

Excelente!
Pros:

A localização é das melhores. No centro de Getsemani, tudo perto, muitos restaurantes bons e bem próximo da cidade muralhada. Da para fazer tudo a pé. O hotel é bem confortável, silencioso, funcionários super atenciosos.

Cons:

O hotel possui um jardim de inverno, muito bonito quando está sol, pegamos um dia de chuva aí o hall do café da manhã molha tudo. Nada demais mas daria para fazer um controle de não cair chuva no hall.
