Blijft in algehele zin een fijne plek op een paar dingetjes na ditmaal
Pros:

Meermaals teruggekomen, blijft een mooi hotel.

Cons:

Ver voor tijd werd verzocht om de wellness te verlaten en een niet werkend koffiezetapparaat op de kamer

Gute komfortable Übernachtungsmöglichkeit am Stadtrand, ruhig und gute verkehrstechnische Anbindung
Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Mit der Bahn, die oft und durchgehend fährt, ist man schnell und komfortabel in der Stadtmitte. Leider gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel keine Restaurants und Geschäfte.

Geweldig, alleen waar zijn de basjassen en slippers.

De locatie is perfect. De service is uitstekend. Zeer nette en luxe kamer.

Cons:

Er is een spa en sauna aanwezig. Helaas ontbreken de badjassen en bad slippers in de kamer. Dit is natuurlijk wel zo handig als je gebruik gaat maken van de spa faciliteiten. Ter plaatsen waren er ook geen badjassen en slippers. We moesten er speciaal naar vragen. Dit lijkt mij niet kunnen.

Un séjour exceptionnel avec un service irréprochable, je recommande fortement !
Pros:

Séjour incroyable du début à la fin ! Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel ! super gentil, accueillant, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Un énorme plus pour le petit déjeuner qui était tout simplement parfait, avec beaucoup de choix notamment du (Halal) et des produits de qualité. Le personnel était aux petits soins, toujours attentif et professionnel. Franchement rien à dire, tout était au top !

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien à signaler. Tout était parfait.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. It offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere throughout the entire visit.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist and genuinely making me feel at home. The level of service was outstanding and made a real difference to the overall experience.

The breakfast was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was well-presented and of excellent quality.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. I would gladly return again!

Très bon séjour dans un bel établissement, malgré un problème technique non résolu pendant plusieurs jours.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité générale de l’établissement, l’accueil du personnel et l’atmosphère élégante de l’hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec un large choix et des produits de grande qualité, digne d’un 5 étoiles.
Le restaurant propose une belle variété de plats et le bar offre un large choix de boissons ainsi que des options “sur le pouce”, très appréciables.
Les installations bien-être sont agréables et la chambre était confortable dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

Le mitigeur de l’évier de notre chambre n’était pas fonctionnel. Nous l’avons signalé à trois reprises à la réception. Un changement de chambre nous a été proposé le deuxième jour, mais nous avions déjà entièrement installé nos affaires. Finalement, après plusieurs relances, il nous a été indiqué au bout de trois jours qu’il fallait remplacer le robinet.

La piscine manquait également de quelques degrés pour être pleinement confortable et les escaliers ainsi que le sol du spa étaient très glissants.
