Memorial the staff were very friendly

Cons:

My room was a bit smelly and I mentioned
That to the receptionist. The bedding make me scratch all night which I mentioned.
Although, it was my first time experiencing that in Van Der valk as they are my go to hotel anytime .

Pros:

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal da und es gefällt uns immer noch sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und es ist auch immer sauber. Man braucht nur 5-10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn in die Stadt und die kommt alle 10 Minuten ca.

Cons:

Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, ist das der Duschkopf schief hing und deswegen das Wasser unterscheidlich stark raus kam.

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le service le personnel qui était toujours disponible le spa était excellent. La nourriture était très bonne, surtout le restaurant dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’était ma première chambre, et dans la deuxième une lampe était suspendue avec les fils apparents

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und sauber, die Mitarbeiter jedoch nicht sehr freundlich und irgendwie lustlos. Wir haben am zweiten Tag kein neues Toilettenpapier, Kleenex etc. erhalten.

Cons:

Das Hotel braucht definitiv motivierte Mitarbeiter, die einem den Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten. Nicht die jenigen, bei denen man sich unerwünscht vorkommt.
