Perfect for a city break
Pros:

Pool, spa and bar/restaurant was great. Outside of central amsterdam which was perfect but easy to commute via metro. Room was immaculate and very comfortable, staff were very helpful and attentive.

Stay from hell
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, the restaurant was also good.

Cons:

The staff made my stay the worst I’ve ever experienced. I was approached aggressively and threatened by a cleaner and the staff decided to act as if it was my fault and I did wrong. They then wouldn’t change my towels and robes and the make me get them myself. Would take 5/10 min to answer my calls too. Due to this I ended up not using the facilities and breakfast so I could avoid the cleaner who approached me in that way

Pros:

Really good. Easy to get to, to park, well decorated, nice bar, great breakfast, good comfortable room. Little bit out of town but Uber or the train can fix this quickly.

Als je eerder komt dan 15u en je kamer is al vrij dan vragen ze 50(!) euro om eerder in te checken.
