Our stay at Hotel Santa Elena Norte was simply wonderful. The rooms are spacious, spotless, well-organized, and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning.
The staff were highly professional, respectful, and always kind, with a friendly attitude that made us feel at home.

Nuestra experiencia fue sencillamente maravillosa. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, muy bien organizadas y con una decoración hermosa que hace sentir cómodo desde el primer momento.
El personal se destacó por su profesionalismo, siempre atentos, respetuosos y con una actitud amistosa que realmente marca la diferencia.
La relación precio–calidad es excelente, y la ubicación no podría ser mejor: cerca de tiendas y servicios que facilitan cualquier necesidad durante la estadía.

I recently spent a week road-tripping from Valle to Quindío, Cundinamarca, and Boyacá, staying at six different hotels along the way. Out of all of them, Hotel Santa Elena Norte in Tunja was by far the best.
The price was just right for what they offer. The facilities were more than adequate, and communication with the hotel through Booking was smooth and always on time. The bedrooms were impeccably clean—I honestly slept like a baby. The beds were super comfortable, and everything smelled so fresh. The sheets were soft and silky against my face, which was a pleasant surprise after so many nights on the road.
The hotel is located in the north of Tunja, right next to a busy street, but I had no trouble getting downtown—taking buses was easy and convenient. Despite the location, my room was quiet and peaceful.
I highly recommend Hotel Santa Elena Norte to anyone visiting Tunja. I would definitely stay here again!
