Perfect location fairly close to the Auckland Botanic Gardens which is quite very convenient for us. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering great comfort for families. The hospitality we received at the front desk was also quite good, making our short stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was also offered great value for the price. Good option for group travel or family trips. Highly recommended.

The room was spotless clean. Reception were friendly and welcoming.
The location was loud because of three motorway on ramps next to the hotel. The aircon was soooo noisy but I had to keep it on. Because of the motorway noise i could not open the windows.
I at the linguine in the restaurant for dinner and it was almost cold and had no flavor. I ate as I was hungry but I did mention it and was told they would tell the chef. Is the hotel doing so badly that there is a need to charge for parking?
the room was spacious, clean and tidy. Small kitchenette had everything we needed. Shower was good and the bed was comfortable. It was wonderful to relax on the couch (instead of having to use the bed) to watch tv, put on shoes etc. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs - food was yummy, drinks were quick, overall a very good stay.
Staff were wonderful. The room was perfect for our flight recovery.
Location. The hotel is in an area that seems a bit sketchy. Fortunately, we were so exhausted that we were not interested in our normal nightly stroll.

Staff are very welcoming, beds and couch are comfortable and the room had everything we needed - towels, coffee sachets and even utensils for using the oven top.
Hallways/corridors are a bit dark. Hopefully they think of making it brighter as they are quite long and daunting if you’re alone - might just be a personal preference
