Buffet breakfast, enjoyed our little view
Bed was hard, room felt small and needed more fresh air
Service Personal, Big Room with kitchen, Clean,
There was sometimes a bad smell coming from the sink in the kitchen. I did seem to smell if the room neighbor did cooked fish, and also the smell of a toilet was in my room no 310. When I blocked the sink with a towel it was ok.
Everything
Nothing
Rooms were fabulous and the room service was excellent.
Breakfast buffet was abit chaotic and hit and miss whether items were available.
Really nice hotel. the rooms were fantastic! and so was the staff. in a very convenient location too!
nothing
I was advised that my room had been upgraded and was charged an additional fee for the upgrade. However, the room actually felt like a downgrade, particularly when compared with the rooms of friends who had not paid to upgrade.
I was allocated an accessible room, with a bathroom designed specifically for wheelchair access. While I appreciate the need for accessible rooms, this was not something I required or requested, and the bathroom was not what I would expect when paying extra for an upgraded room. I had chosen to upgrade specifically to enjoy a nicer room and bathroom, but instead I felt I had paid more for an inferior room.
When I raised my concerns with staff, I found them very unhelpful and no satisfactory solution was offered. To add to the disappointment, the TVs in the room also did not work properly.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing and certainly did not reflect what I would expect from a paid room upgrade.
Location and size of rooms and amenities. Fantastic
Maybe the bathroom was a 87bit small but not a big deal.
A wonderful breakfast spread and the hospitality was excellent. The room was lovely and had a nice big shower.
The parking was a little stressful, not enough spaces, and also paying for the parking along with room seemed odd.
