Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very central location, staff very friendly, food very tasty and very good accomodation.

Cons:

We only stayed 2 nights so wasn't a problem to us, but there was no wardrobe and not many drawers so clothes storage might be a problem if there for several days.

Pros:

emplacement dans un quartier ancien de Prague, chambre immense, personnel très efficace dans l'aide apportée pour mon checking. Le restaurant, du typique à l'état pur !

Cons:

Organisation du petit déjeuner, pas de plateau, il faut tout porter un par un dans un tas de pièces; le fouillis quoi ! a améliorer

It was spotlessly clean, the rooms were large, beds unbelievably comfortable and we could open the windows for fresh air.

Sunday breakfast staff were not very friendly or helpful, all other staff were wonderful and welcoming.

Pros:

Vorausschicken muss ich, dass ich voreingenommen bin. Seit mindestens 1988 habe ich in der Gaststätte U Medvidku bei jedem meiner Prag-Besuche gegessen und war immer sehr zufrieden, das ist sozusagen mein Stammlokal dort. Und nun war ich erstmals im seit einigen Jahren existierenden Hotel.
Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt, direkt an der Metro- und Tramstation Narodni Trida ist natürlich genial, es kann allerdings am Wochenende nachts etwas lauter werden.
Mein Zimmer unterm Dach war gemütlich-rustikal, mit offenen Dachbalken, die -erste Einschränkung- beim Austehen aus dem Bett im Weg waren. Außerdem war das Zimmer nicht direkt mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen, der endete eine Etage tiefer. Beides für mich kein großes Problem, aber für ältere, nicht so bewegliche Menschen vielleicht doch.
Das Frühstück war nach meinem Geschmack sehr gut und reichhaltig, und auch für Langschläfer dank der Dauer bis 10:30 Uhr erreichbar.

Cons:

Die beiden oben genannten Punkte (Dachbalken und Aufzug nur bis zur 2. Etage) liegen an dem alten Gebäude, sind also kaum zu ändern. Noch weniger kann das Hotel für die teils sehr lautstarken Sauftouristen am Wochenende.
Vielleicht könnte man an der Qualität des WLAN noch etwas verbessern.

Rentouttava loma loistavassa ympäristössä.
Pros:

Meidät otettiin vastaan lämpimän ystävällisesti ja hymyillen. Kaikki asiat sujuivat hyvin, sijainti oli mainio ja majoituspaikka ylitti odotukset. Erityistä ja tärkeintä oli henkilökunta.

Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great.

Cons:

I would have liked a kettle to make a tea or coffee in the room. Also as I was on the 3rd floor, carrying my luggage up the flight of stairs could have been a challenge. The staff did offer to carry my luggage up those staurs if I could not manage.
