Pros:

Posizione veramente molto comoda, comodissimo il servizio taxi a pagamento fornito dall'albergo per l'aereoporto. Buona la colazione e anche il ristorante dell'albergo. Molto consigliato nel complesso.

Pros:

Struttura con posizione eccellente, staff alla reception molto gentile, visti i 40 gradi inaspettati la signora ci ha proposto di fare un cambio camera poiché quella che ci era stata assegnata non aveva aria condizionata, il prezzo della camera sarebbe rimasto uguale a quella prenotata ed avremmo dovuto solo pagare la differenza di 10€ a notte per l’uso dell’aria condizionata. Ho apprezzato questa proposta visto il caldo, ripeto, inaspettato in questa città.
Camera bella e spaziosa, nel complesso una buona struttura tranne qualche piccola accortezza.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia della camera non era perfetta, abbiamo trovato delle unghie tagliate nel bagno accanto al lavandino e dei capelli sul letto, oltre al pavimento non molto pulito.
Colazione per noi Italiani abituati a mangiare dolce così e così, era vasta ma non c’era nessun cornetto, ciambellone semplice, solo tanto tanto pane, cioccolata da spalmare l’ho trovata solo 1 giorno, il giorno dopo ho trovato solo marmellata che non mangio, ci si accontenta ma lo puntualizzo per chi come me si aspetta le “classiche” cose che ho trovato in tutti i paesi in qui sono stata.

Excellent location, a wonderful breakfast, and beautiful staff! The building is so cool & the free beer on entry was appreciated! Great location, too.

Cons:

My room was very tiny (granted, I booked a small single,) so if you’re not looking to spend much time in your hotel room, it’s a good deal.

Wundervolles Zimmer (wir hatten eine Bierstube), tolle Lage und wirklich außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Meine Anfrage auf eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung für meinen Partner wurde direkt zugesagt und diskret mit mir geplant. 😊 Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich liebevoll angerichtet und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.😊

Pros:

La posizione è ottimale, alle porte del quartiere della Città vecchia e del quartiere della Città nuova.
Le stanze sono ampie e confortevoli, l'arredamento in legno è molto bello.
Consiglio la colazione a buffet e il ristorante dell'hotel, anche se una sera abbiamo dovuto attendere parecchio vista l'affluenza (le sale sono infinite!).
Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze :)

Nettes freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang mit einem hauseigenen Glas Bier. Frühstück war für uns gut, für jeden was dabei. Unser Zimmer war rustikal, aber sehr schön. Tolle Lage, mitten im Geschehen. Waren schon 2 mal in diesem Hotel und wir werden es wieder buchen. Für uns perfekt.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

A very pleasant experience
Pros:

The room was clean, the staff at the reception very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent!
Over all the room was very comfortable. We really didn't encounter any issues: the bed was comfortable, the shower was comfortable, the room spacious with a pretty design. Although there was no air conditioning and outside there were 33 degrees Celsius, it didn't ruin our stay. It wasn't sickeningly hot.
Very good location. 10 min walk from Charles bridge, and 10 min walk from the famous clock. Right next to a shopping center with 3 floors of games.

Cons:

No fridge in the room and no air conditioner. The room was mostly quiet but unfortunately people walking could be heard very clearly. In one of the nights someone walked I think in the floor above us, for more than an hour until about 12 am. The day after it could also be heard for an extended time, but not to such a late hour.
Bad WiFi reception.
