It was nice.

Very nice, clean, comfortable room with beautiful view of the ocean. Sleep listening to waves roll outside the window.

A great hotel to stay in Rota. This is probably the fanciest hotel thats available on the island. The room is big and spacious. The balcony is awesome and very private. The best part is that you can see almost all the native birds visit, even the fruit bats! I was here for business, but I can also see it being very romantic and great for couples trips. The manager is nice and attended to our needs. We were able to bbq in the back and theres stores and restaurants nearby (walking distance). I highly recommend and will definitely come back!

スタッフはみんなニコニコしていて、とても感じが良かったです。ソンソン村にあるホテルの中では、かなり清潔で設備の整ったホテルだと思います。ドアの下に隙間があるので、ちょっと虫が入ってきたりというのはありますが、そこはロタなので、ご愛嬌といったところでしょうか。
ロタに行く時は、いつもバレンチノを利用しています。

This is probably the best hotel on island. It’s clean and located conveniently within walking distance to the 4 restaurants on island.

Every room atvthis property has an amazing view. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean.

建物は古いが清潔だった。

チェックインの時、備品を盗まない、備品を壊さない、パーティーをしないなどの誓約書にサインさせられました。このような屈辱は初めてです。
When I checked in, I was forced sign on the letter of commitment that don't bring out the equipment, don't destroy the furnishings, don't make a party, and so on.
It was the first time I got such a humiliation.

部屋は老朽化していて清潔感に乏しく、冷蔵庫からは異臭がしました。
The room was old and poor in cleanliness, and terrible smell came from the refrigerator.

防音性に乏しいため、廊下や通りの騒音が大きく、眠れませんでした。
Very noisy of the corridor and the street because insufficient soundproofing, so I couldn't sleep well.

もう二度と泊ることはないと思います。
I guess I never stay at this hotel.

2ｂｅｔルームでキッチンがあっても調理器具も食器も全くないので
意味がない。（私達はエクスペディア＆自身で何度もリクエストを入れたので少しの食器は用意してあった。）湯舟もない。天井からコナ（塗装のはげたもの？）がいっぱい落ちてくる。アリがすっごくいっぱい部屋の中にいる。ハエが多い。お湯が出ない（壊れていた。）言ってもすぐ直してくれない２日間水風呂でした。直しても最初の1分間ぐらいしか熱いお湯は出ない。ぬるま湯しか出ない。設備も相当古くて、ベットのシーツも破けてる感じで寝心地も宜しくはない。ロタは選択肢がないのでしょうがないと思うしかない、、、。

ダイビングでロタ滞在の際はこちらを利用させて頂いております。
ローカルホテルですが設備は整っているし、Wi-fiもつながります。
スーパーや飲食店も近いです。
今回に限っては。。Gがでました。。パニックでした。窓を開けることが多かったせいもあるとは思いますが。。今まで出たことがなかったので残念です。
また、着いて早々部屋の電球が切れていました。こちらはお願いしたらすぐに取り換えてくれました。
今回だけなのかわかりませんが、お湯もでません（笑）と言っても冷水ではなく常温程度の水、というかんじ。
南国ですし、特に困るほどではなかったです。
Gのおかげで星を少し減らしましたが、滞在中は傘を貸してくれたり従業員の方たちは親切です。
今後もこちらのホテルを利用させて頂くつもりです。
ホテルにあるカフェ、とてもおいしいですよ！
小さなバルコニーから見えるロタブルーの海も最高です！！

친절한 서비스와 탁월한 위치. 큰 바퀴벌레가 한마리 있었지만 전반적으로 깨끗한 시설이 마음에 들었습니다.
