早班服務態度很好

房間隔音超差 （早上隔壁間鬧鐘都聽得一清二楚） 淋浴間很擠 洗個澡手會一直撞到牆壁 男生很難在裡面轉身 蓮蓬頭一直發出刺耳的怪聲音 入住時房間抽屜還有上一位客人留下來的垃圾（？
最後一天續住時要求要打掃房間（回來時只收垃圾跟補水換毛巾 地板都是髒的 沒掃也沒拖 廁所更是） 可能因為前面幾天我都說收垃圾 補東西就好 但這天我還有說要打掃！ 不知道哪裡溝通出了問題⋯
最誇張的是 因為續住好幾天 櫃檯有一位晚班女生不給瓶裝水 一直強調有飲水機 基於環保就是不給 但我不是每天付一樣的錢嗎？ 一天幾瓶就幾瓶 我也沒有多要啊 不是說我是消費者就無理 新聞上政府是提倡環保 但沒有一定不能給吧 爭辯一陣子 她還是有給 也有說她有跟上面確認過 的確要給（？ 所以是員工訓練有問題還是是要緩解客人情緒？ （因為很常住飯店 第一次遇到這問題 那你們要公告啊 例如：第一晚有瓶裝水 後面沒有 之類的）
後來要再多住一天 在booking看價位是1700 去櫃檯要再加住一天 櫃檯說一晚2900 如果再booking評論10分 可以2500 我表示可是booking $1700？ 她也是很懵的表示不知道 所以這邊員工都不知道？

極差，不會再回訪
Pros:

交誼廳是漂亮啦

Cons:

1.蚊蟲很多，天花板有幾隻蚊子的屍體，而且隔天提出問題並未得到正面回應，櫃檯人員還說是需要我們幫你們打蚊子嗎？聽得出來是完全沒有解決問題的能力的服務人員。
2.房間跟照片差很多，實際住的房型是偏舊型，壁紙還脫落。
3.入住時說會幫我們更換毛巾整理垃圾，實際上並沒有，清潔服務未依約執行。
4.房間整潔非常差，肉眼可見的灰塵跟蜘蛛網。
5.半夜走廊播放音樂很大聲，房內都還能聽得到音樂，影響睡眠。
退房跟主管反應，主管表示我們並沒有當下表示，感受極差。
