Great hotel. Perfect location, lovely rooms with every amenity thought of. Clean, friendly and views over the Tivoli gardens.

Really beautiful hotel and I had no idea it was connected to Tivoli amusement park, I thought it was just connected to some beautiful gardens! It turned out to be so fun to be able to use the park with our stay! We rode a roller coaster, and did some other fun rides and strolled thru the park and really enjoyed it! The hotel room was beautifully appointed and we even checked out the spa during our stay. The staff at the hotel was wonderful! The train station is literally across the street and so convenient!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nimb Hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite for a few nights, and every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations.

The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. One gesture that really stood out was during our 5:00 AM checkout, when they offered us freshly made coffee before we left.

The room was incredibly spacious and had real air conditioning with adjustable temperature control. It was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Our outdoor patio overlooked Tivoli Gardens, yet once the doors were closed, the room was impressively soundproof. We enjoyed the beautiful view without any of the noise.

One of the biggest perks of staying at Nimb was the free direct access to Tivoli Gardens. It was incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day, making it easy to take breaks, cool off in the room, and return to the park whenever we wanted.

The complimentary minibar was another pleasant surprise. Everything except the alcoholic beverages was included, with a generous selection of delicious snacks, sweets, soft drinks, etc.

The room amenities were exceptionally generous and thoughtfully curated, making the stay feel even more luxurious.

Breakfast was simply outstanding. The pastries were some of the best we’ve had, and the selection of both hot and cold dishes was extensive and delicious. It was easily one of the highlights of our stay.

The heated rooftop pool was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing—an oasis after a day of exploring Copenhagen.

Whenever I travel to Copenhagen, I always stay at Nimb Hotel. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, you truly feel at home. The staff are exceptional—warm, attentive, and always happy to share their recommendations for the best places to visit in the city. Every single person we met played a part in making our stay so memorable.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We stayed in a Junior Suite overlooking Tivoli, which is such a magical and unique experience that you can only have at Nimb. What impressed me most was the incredible attention to detail. The room was filled with thoughtful touches, from workout equipment and little gifts to a complete skincare routine, with the same products available in the spa. They really have thought of everything.

The spa is incredibly peaceful, and breakfast is simply outstanding. There is an impressive buffet with exceptional-quality products, as well as an à la carte menu offering everything from chia pudding to beautifully prepared breakfast dishes.

A special thank you to Bouja at breakfast, who was so kind and attentive. By our second morning, she already knew exactly what we liked before we even had to ask. Uffe is simply the best—his recommendations made our days in Copenhagen even more special. Enrika’s cocktails were fantastic, Maya was incredibly welcoming, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for.

We always leave Nimb with wonderful memories, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We can’t wait to return.

Stayed here originally due to my Hilton Diamond membership, and Nimb did not disappoint - outstanding service, especially pre-arrival to arrange meetups for some Danish friends. Breakfast buffet is over the top, room quality top-notch. Tie-in with Tivoli gardens - ease of going back and forth, and watching the concerts from the terrace - was a lot of fun. Even at the height of summer, the staff was relaxed and friendly and provided everything we needed. A fantastic experience.

We have just had the pleasure of staying in this exceptional hotel. The standard is extremely high with every need catered for ( and some you didn’t even know you had!) Gorgeous products in the bathroom with high end snacks and drinks in the complementary mini bar. I have to mention particularly the staff who were polite and respectful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a fantastic experience. Our room was beautiful with seating areas and windows opening onto Tivoli gardens. It is worth noting that on a Friday night there is a very loud concert on in Tivoli and this goes on until midnight. However, the hotel doesn’t try to hide this and even gives you complementary snacks and beer to enjoy whilst listening to the concert. It is generally a noisy experience being part of Tivoli and whilst this is a beautiful setting it’s not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful retreat.

Superb location near many attractions in central Copenhagen. Very attentive and helpful staff, very clean rooms that are well decorated.

Our stay at Nimb was nothing short of exceptional.

What truly sets Nimb apart is not only its beautiful surroundings and luxurious rooms, but the genuine warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail shown by every single member of the team.

After we checked in, we arrived at our room to discover that the staff had beautifully arranged our favourite afternoon refreshment on our private terrace. A table had been set with freshly brewed coffee and delicious homemade bread because they remembered that this was exactly how we had enjoyed spending our first afternoon during our stay a year ago. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed back.

Waiting inside the room was another wonderful surprise: a breathtaking bouquet of freshly picked flowers from the Tivoli Gardens, gathered just before our arrival. It was such a beautiful way of bringing the magic of the gardens into the room and created an unforgettable first impression. We were also welcomed with a personal handwritten note from the Hotel Director, which made us feel truly valued from the very first moment.

Everywhere you go, you are greeted with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. Every member of staff makes you feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. There is an atmosphere that is incredibly rare—you don’t simply feel like a guest; you feel as though you are part of the Nimb family.

The service is effortlessly personal, attentive without ever being intrusive, and delivered with the highest level of professionalism. Every interaction reflects a team that genuinely loves creating unforgettable experiences.

We had an amazing stay at Nimb Hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptional, welcoming us warmly and taking the time to tell us about both the hotel and Tivoli Gardens. We hadn't realized when we booked that Tivoli Gardens is the third-oldest amusement park in the world, which made our stay even more special.

We booked a Terrace Junior Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite is spread across two levels, with the bedroom and bathroom on the entry level. A few steps down leads to a spacious living area that opens onto a beautiful private terrace. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast each morning.

We booked through Hilton, which included daily breakfast—a fantastic benefit. Enjoying breakfast on our private terrace overlooking the surroundings was one of the highlights of our stay.

The hotel also offers thoughtful complimentary touches that made us feel truly welcomed. Everything in the minibar was included, and the room was stocked daily with several bottles of water and delicious chocolates.

The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and the hotel's unique location right next to Tivoli Gardens made this one of our favorite hotel stays. We would absolutely stay at Nimb Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

We have just returned from a two night stay at Nimb.

As others have mentioned, the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city and being able to wander around Tivoli Gardens whenever you choose is a real bonus.

We really enjoyed breakfast and appreciated the complimentary in-room snacks and high quality amenities including the Amouage shower products, which smelled divine. The Honey face mist and serum was also really lovely.

A few negatives though. We had expected the highest levels of service given the reviews and price tag, however, we were disappointed to go up to the roof top bar before dinner on our first night to be told that we had to ‘sit at the back’
and that drinks weren’t being served as there was a private party. This had not been mentioned when we checked in and was disappointing, as access the roof top bar was one of the reasons I chose to stay at Nimb.

Instead, we went downstairs to the have a drink on the terrace. The service here was also poor. I asked for a blanket, which never arrived, and when I went inside to get one myself, the server welcomed me as if it was the first time he had seen me. Zero recollection of my request.

When we tried our luck at the rooftop on the second afternoon of our stay, I was surprised to discover there was no table service. The pool area was littered with glasses and old towels and we had to go and ask for a menu and then return to order drinks despite there being two staff members just standing around the bar area.

Glasses were only removed when a seagull knocked them over trying to get to leftover nuts.

Lastly, we spilled water on the floor of our room and were horrified to see just how filthy the floor was when we mopped it up. We let reception staff know and asked that it be cleaned but it didn’t appear to make much difference.

So all in all, some aspects warrant the reputation and cost but, sadly, it didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of service and overall experience.

For a stay in Trivoli gardens there is no better choice than your hotel. Its unique position and relationship with the park and its restaurant bars and events made a great three day stay. 

The guest communication pre trip from the Consierge team was excellent. Food and service in all nimb establishments was generally of a high standard and all the staff were friendly and helpful and we would come again should the occasion present itself. 

The food and service in Fru Nimb was lovey. And the meal in the brasserie was a very high standard with service and wines that would match any one Michelin star restaurant.

Particularly memorable was when your concierge Julie on Friday evening surprised us with a bottle of nimb blanc de blanc to go with our sticks and sushi in room meal. That was a nice touch

The little presents each day are a nice touch as well.

We would definitely come again.

Lovely experience overall! Personalized, over-the-top service, where we were walked up to our room and given a tour of the room and shown the amenities. Really enjoyed the Tivoli Garden tickets (included with the room) as well! The breakfast buffet and a la carte entrees (available made-to-order) were amazing!! We really loved this hotel and would recommend it to others! Proximity to the train station (literally across the street from the front door) is super convenient- just a few stops to the airport!

The great service from the staff, they were very eager and conscientious with how they handled our requests, true professionalism.

Our family recently spent three wonderful nights in a Junior Suite overlooking Tivoli at the end of
May and beginning of June, and the stay exceeded our expectations in every way.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to General Manager Maria Oldenbjerg and her entire team for delivering such an exceptional guest experience. It is evident that her leadership has created a culture of genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail that is felt throughout the hotel.
The location is simply outstanding. Overlooking the beautiful Tivoli Gardens and within easy reach of Copenhagen's many attractions, it is difficult to imagine a better base from which to explore the city. Whether arriving for leisure or with family, the hotel places you right in the heart of everything while still offering a sense of comfort and tranquility.
A special mention must go to Anna at the Front Office. From the moment we arrived, her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly valued as guests. She represents the very best of hospitality and played a significant role in making our stay so memorable.
The service across the hotel was consistently excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. As a family travelling with a child, we particularly appreciated how naturally child-friendly the team was. It never felt forced—simply sincere and thoughtful hospitality.
The concierge team also deserves special recognition. In an age where true concierge service can sometimes be difficult to find, this team consistently delivered. Whether arranging recommendations, assisting with reservations, or helping with requests during our stay, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and remarkably effective at getting things done. Their local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile added tremendous value to our visit.
We also greatly enjoyed the Brasserie. The atmosphere, service, and quality of the food were excellent, and it quickly became one of our favourite parts of the hotel experience.
If I were humbly to suggest one area for enhancement, it would be breakfast. While the overall quality is very good, I believe the experience could be elevated further by showcasing more Danish and locally sourced products. Simple additions such as local honey, Danish jams and preserves, regional cheeses, and other local specialties would create a stronger sense of place and celebrate the outstanding culinary traditions of Denmark.
Overall, this was a truly memorable stay at one of Copenhagen's finest locations. Thank you again to GM Maria Oldenbjerg, Anna, the concierge team, and all the staff for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were very welcoming and kind! The room and facilities were great. We loved the easy access to Tivoli. Also, we loved the treats in the room. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had many choices and we ate well - so yummy!

Great hotel with fantastic Access to Tivoli Gardens - absolutely amazing!

This is a lovely hotel.
The minibar is well stocked with quality products. Nice large bathroom however the lighting wasn't great for putting on makeup. I loved the bath tub long and deep! Good bed and quiet room.

We only stayed for a night so we didn't bring much luggage and it was no hardship to carry it myself, but it was surprising that the receptionist, who walked us to our room, didn't suggest he carry it.

The room has a nice ambience and it is enjoyable to have the view of the Tivoli gardens.

Breakfast was very good with a buffet with a nice election and food cooked to order. I had the best pain au chocolat I ever had. And after noon tea in the upstairs bar is always a treat.
