The booking was great and the representative that checked me in was a pleasure.
It wasn't too much that I didn't like the breakfast offered wasn't what I expected and overall housekeeping never checked to see if anything was needed

Customer service!
Smelly hallways and elevator. No garbage can in the bathroom. Thay had only one trash can for the whole room that they should have atleast two. One in the bathroom and one in the room. They must work on to have usband type C charging port. Hair dryer was not working.

The smell in the rooms

Honestly the pool and the price was the only good part…not the surrounding pool area just the pool itself.
The location was pretty ok honestly much more walkable then you’d think. There’s a really pretty place nearby that you can go take pictures and if you walk a little further away there’s a bunch of places to eat. If you need some quick essentials there’s a steals and deals right across the lawn and that’s a trip on its own lol.
Literally everything else. You can tell they haven’t cleaned any of the carpets since the place opened, and everything has carpet you cannot escape it. It smells like years of people getting out of the pool and walking around wet all over the carpet and it sat there and smells like ammonia. Staying there for more then two days will make you nose blind but that’s not a good thing.
Also the breakfast is pretty nasty ngl. The only thing actually good to eat is the waffles but they use some weird nasty brand of syrup and just refill the same pot everyday, not sure they even wash or refill it. Beware the mystery orange and green drinks that are there 24-7 they never clean that either. Ice machine only works half the time and there are flies EVERYWHERE.
Also also I think the staff o my work part time or they only came because of the holiday because for the first 2 days of my stay there was four piles of sheets, trash, and cigarettes on the floor outside of like 4 different rooms. It smelled and honestly was gross.

The smell of the hotel is terrible ..the hotel is old, the tubs are rusty which shows the rust. The carpets are extremely dirty.
