Checking in was fine. It needs to be updated all the way around. Mostly in the rooms, I will only sleep over for 1 night nothing longer. Windows had no screen in there, which was a Big safety hazard with quest with small kids, Shower need to update and beds were very small need new ones.

I requested a late check in. They said they looked forward to seeing me when ever. They tried to gave me a smoking room. I have a kid with asthma and booked a non smoking room for a reason. They aren’t about customer service.
It was close to the Atlantic City Board Walk.
We stayed in the hotel for 3 night and no one ever came to clean the room. Didn't give us enough towels either.

Convenience to Atlantic City. My first stay on the 3rd floor was pleasant and my room was more than adequate.
The TV remote and the TV reception sucked. The elevators definitely need some maintenance. The room needed a little TLC.
I recently stayed at this inn and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The cleanliness of the place was far below acceptable standards. Room service was not available unless specifically requested, and even then, it was inconsistent. The breakfast offered was unhealthy, consisting mostly of junk food and overly sweet items.
The photos displayed on Booking do not reflect the reality of the property at all. In truth, this inn feels like a 1‑star establishment. The phone in the room did not work, the lighting in both the room and the corridors was very poor, and the bathroom and shower were uncomfortable to use. The hair dryer was broken, and the furniture was old and in bad condition.
Didn't like being ignored
Having my complaint distegarded...spoke to three managers complaining about a smoke detector in the room next to mine that chirped the entire time I was there!!!! Trouble sleeping to say the least!
