The location. Close to the city.

Cons:

The property was not well maintained at all. Starting with the landscaping pulling into the hotel, overgrown, dead plants, long grass. The inside, half of the ice machines were broken. It smelled awful throughout the entire hotel, dirty windows and doors, dirty walls (this was just the walk to our room). Once we got into the room, it smelled HORRIBLE! Especially the bathroom, dirty/stained chair. Only one light worked in the room. The staff were not friendly at all.

Pros:

It's a beautiful location! Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean with a nice view of AC!

Cons:

The facility is dated. May as well not have a breakfast available, didn't even have juices.
