Nothing really .

Cons:

Well let's start with the front desk . Took well over 20 minutes just to get my keys. Paid in advance should.not have to wait that long. Go to my room besides bags of garbage throughout the hallway and a pile of sheets and tpilet.paper. There was used q tips and floss picks right outside my door. My room was never cleaned. Dirty mess socks in the room tissues crumbled by the bed on both sides and garbage on the safe in the closet. The border on the floor was coming off the wall. And the paint on the door was all scratched up.and hanging off. The tub was not cleaned someone's buggers was on the wall and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. I was extremely disappointed.

It felt like the elevators was going to break down every time you would get in it. And then one of the rooms that I purchased didn’t have a light in the bathroom or by the mirror area and also the room didn’t have a phone. The air conditioning wasn’t working and then the other room the head board was broken

Room smelled like mold, blankets had piss stains, bathroom smelled like something died ! Light fixtures in bathroom had no globe, you look up your looking at dust, lint and dirt. Lamp shades stained. Chair in room was stained. Towels were dingy. Breakfast, coffee no creamer, no juice or beverage offered to children. Bread and cereal every morning.Hotel has numerous people living in it. Weight room was filled with people’s belongings . People were in and out all night! The room looked nothing like the photos. They charge you a 100$ deposit for a room that’s already torn up. I should have been paid to sleep there. Room is only worth 25$ a night. I will never book at that place again!!

Every time I stay at this location, I am extremely satisfied
Pros:

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful with my family and I. Any issues or concerns they handle promptly.

Cons:

The overall integrity of the building is needing of some updates, but within reason, the staff is always happy to fix and issues and overall hold the building to a standard.
